ARTHUR HOTEL CANTON TOWER GUANGZHOU

Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped, they even have a laundry room and a gym. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: It's only 100 meters from Kecun subway station, which makes getting to Canton Tower super convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby too, including a Shibiju restaurant right next door (though we didn't eat there). Plus, there's free parking. Service: Absolutely fantastic! We booked a bunk bed room, which turned out to be a sofa bed, and they immediately made up another bed for us. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests, offering complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. Breakfast was exceptionally rich. Everything in the room was free: two bottles of Bama water, a large bottle of Nongfu Spring, a can of Wong Lo Kat, and a can of Coke. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the transportation nearby is convenient with all amenities. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The only minor issue was the air conditioning; it was either too hot or too cold.

The transportation here is incredibly convenient; you can reach most attractions directly by subway. The surrounding amenities are excellent too, with a shopping mall right across the street. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the room was quiet. I'm very satisfied!

It's the Year of the Horse, so I thought I'd try a hotel with a horse theme, but I wouldn't really recommend it. It's quite a walk to Canton Tower. The breakfast with robots making noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons was a highlight, and the laundry facilities were convenient.

When I came to Guangzhou this time, I compared many hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the Knight's Tale Hotel. I was mainly drawn to its convenient location, and I was indeed very satisfied with my stay. Our family of three stayed for 3 nights in a family room. The bunk bed layout was perfect for an adult with a child, the room facilities were relatively new, and it had a window, making it a comfortable stay. My favorite aspects were: first, the great location and easy access to transportation; second, ample parking, which is very friendly for self-drivers; and third, the excellent service attitude – the front desk, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff were all warm and attentive. The laundry room was also quite convenient. The breakfast deserves a special mention. The pastries and bread were very well-made, and perhaps because they often have foreign guests, the taste was spot on. The variety wasn't extensive, but it changed daily, so staying for three consecutive days meant hardly any repeats. It was a very pleasant dining experience. The hotel is quite modern overall, with a food delivery robot and even a robotic arm for making noodles, which my child found very novel and exciting. The wontons were delicious! Overall, the value for money is good. It's clean, convenient, and has great service. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit Guangzhou.
