InterContinental Hotels GUANGZHOU EXHIBITION CENTER by IHG

This is my third stay here, and I'd like to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. They called me before check-in, provided welcome fruits and drinks, and even extended my check-out time – really appreciate it! The hotel facilities are generally great. A new improvement I noticed this time is the upgraded TV system, which now supports screen mirroring and is IHG's latest. That's very convenient. My only minor suggestion would be for the gym. It's a bit small and the equipment is quite close together, so it can feel crowded with more than a few people. I hope the hotel considers renovating or expanding the gym. Also, a heads-up to IHG Ambassador members: the Guangzhou Tower View Suite is the highest room category sold by the hotel, so there won't be any further upgrades if you book this room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay and would consider coming back again.

The room was massive with an amazing view, and the bathtub was huge. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. The hotel facilities were also very comprehensive, and it was great value for money. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Guangzhou! The front desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They offered a free room upgrade and extra bottled water without me even asking! These might seem like small things, but the attention to detail in their service is fantastic. The pool is great too! Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the InterContinental Hotel for my holiday, and the hotel provided butler service throughout. Special thanks to Claire, Bella, and Alan for an excellent experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

My first InterContinental Guangzhou experience had a few minor hiccups, but overall it was wonderful. Every staff member I encountered was warm, polite, and highly professional. Jane at the front desk, and the hostess at the restaurant (I don't remember her name, but she magically remembered where guests were seated!) were incredibly impressive. The bathroom view was amazing. For breakfast, the chicken feet were delicious and truly up to Guangzhou's high standards – fantastic! Upon check-in, I had some issues with my room. The housekeeping staff, front desk personnel, the electrician, and the duty manager (who was extremely professional) all helped me resolve them very quickly. This ensured I still had a fantastic experience, and I'd like to thank them again. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again on my next visit to Guangzhou. 🥰

The service was excellent. They gave us a free room upgrade during check-in and even provided complimentary fruit and desserts. Overall, this InterContinental location is much better than others in the city! The swimming pool is also fantastic! I'll definitely choose to stay here again; it has completely changed my impression of InterContinental.

The Pearl River views are spectacular, showcasing the beauty of Guangzhou's CBD. The InterContinental is located in the Pazhou Business District, right next to the Pazhou Exhibition Center, and directly across from Guangzhou Financial City – a clearly advantageous location! We stayed during a non-exhibition period, so the value for money was excellent. Ason helped us with check-in; he was efficient and had a great attitude. Overall, highly recommended!

A huge shout-out to the lovely Argentinian lady at the front desk! From check-in to check-out, the staff were all smiles, providing warm and professional service. The check-in process was efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully arranged some fruit for me. I especially appreciate her help with my room assignment – it's the little details like these that truly show the hospitality of a high-end hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the university town. The room wasn't huge, but the river view was great. However, it seems the cleaner missed the curtains, as one was detached and not properly reinstalled. The room design was quite nice, though the card reader for the door was tiny and hard to find. The mattress was too soft for my liking, but everything else was fine. Breakfast was extensive, and the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've encountered such thoughtful service from the staff.
