Dongchuan Boutique Hotel (Beijing Road Pedestrian Street,Martyrs Cemetery Subway Station)

Clean and hygienic, excellent service, attention to detail. I felt very comfortable staying here and was extremely satisfied.

I stayed at the Dongchuan Boutique Hotel for my recent trip and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, proactively offering helpful tips which made me feel very well taken care of. My room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay with excellent service all around. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's close to where I needed to be, making business travel a breeze. Plus, it's conveniently located near Exit C of Martyrs' Park Station on Metro Line 1, making it super easy to get around and explore the city! Location: The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes' walk to Martyrs' Park Station on Line 1. It's very convenient for dining, medical needs, and sightseeing. It's also close to Dongshan Lake Park, perfect for an evening stroll to see Canton Tower. Amenities: All disposable toiletries are provided, and they even offer conditioner, which is a nice touch! 👍🏻 The hot water pressure is strong, making for a very comfortable shower. The front desk provides complimentary tea, hot water, snacks, masks, and sanitizing products – very thoughtful. There's also a fridge and microwave, so leftover food won't go to waste anymore. Service: The service is incredibly warm and attentive. Any issues encountered during the stay were handled promptly. Hygiene: Guangzhou's air is humid, so it's understandable that there was some mold in the corners and edges of the sink. However, on the second day, the bathroom started smelling awful, and two cockroaches appeared. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it quickly, saying it was due to something being poured down from upstairs that caused a blockage. What on earth were they doing up there? 😱

I stayed in a tatami room, but actually, their standard rooms are great value, spacious, and well-appointed, just without a window. The tatami room does have a window. The service was excellent, though the room itself wasn't huge. The surrounding area is fantastic, with everything conveniently located. Overall, it's great value for money. The location is great! It's right next to the Dongchuan Road exit of the Provincial Hospital, and there are all sorts of delicious local Guangzhou dim sum and other food options nearby. We stayed in a supreme twin room with a window, so it had good natural light. The bedding was also nice, and the room was clean overall. The staff were polite and friendly.
