Overall, the room quality was very good, the bed was comfortable, the price was affordable, and it's very close to Guangzhou Airport.

My overall stay experience was very poor. The service attitude was perfunctory; the front desk never informed me about the complimentary breakfast benefit included in my booking as a member, causing me to miss out on it. The airport shuttle reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, and as I'm sensitive to smoke, I felt dizzy and unwell after the ride. The hotel's exterior looked messy and untidy, and the windows and doors were old and seemed like a safety hazard. The overall environment and facilities were unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against staying here.

It was okay, after all, we only stayed for one night. The hotel offers free airport pick-up and drop-off, so we didn't have to worry about finding a taxi. When we encountered a room with a smoky smell, the hotel kindly moved us to another room, and then another! We're very grateful for that.

Location was great. Super close to the airport and not to mention the fact that they offer pickup and drop off to and from the airport for free. Staff were nice and room was super spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Facilities: Very new. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Good. Service: Good. 24-hour shared shuttle for airport pick-up/drop-off: Very prompt and easy to communicate with. The only downside was the renovation noise starting around 8 AM, which was very loud throughout the day. However, the hotel did provide earplugs.

This was by far the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during the May Day holiday in Guangzhou and Shenzhen! At first, navigating there felt a bit 'remote,' but once inside, it was a pleasant surprise. The shuttle driver in the morning was also excellent; he proactively helped open doors and carry luggage. The front desk lady was very pretty and kind. I'll definitely be back if I need to stay near the airport again! (The room in the picture looks a bit small, but it's actually quite spacious.)

Great place to stay in GZ if arrive late at the Bayun airport. Didn’t have to wait for more than a few minutes for the pickup and around 15 mins later I was at the hotel. Smooth and professional! Totally recommend. The pic was taken at a restaurant around the corner.

Hotel is new and close to airport. Hotel got provide free shuttle service to airport. But the sound proof system is very poor .. can listen very clearly ..

Here’s a clearer and more structured version of your review: --- I tried calling the hotel to book the free shuttle, but the first staff member who answered couldn’t speak English. When I called again, someone who spoke English picked up but hung up shortly after. Because of this, I booked a Didi to the hotel, which cost around 40 RMB including the airport parking fee. When I arrived, the first thing I did was arrange the free shuttle for my departure the next morning. The room itself is clean, and the location is convenient. However, I noticed a wet area near the toilet, which could be improved.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, there was a strong smell of smoke in the rooms and hallways, definitely from inconsiderate guests. Also, the water pressure for showering at night was very low, and it took a long time for the hot water to come, with just a tiny trickle. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

Only 15 minutes drive to T3 terminal where free shuttle service provided by the hotel. Good location n quiet surrounding with food street walking distance from hotel

This hotel is super close to Baiyun Airport, just a 10-minute drive away, and the shuttle driver was really enthusiastic. What surprised me most was the fire safety equipment in the room, which is fantastic! The room was very clean and fresh. The front desk staff even offered a wake-up call service – that's excellent!
