As for the water level in the hot spring, we can add extra water if needed. We sincerely apologize for the issues with poor soundproofing affecting your sleep and for any shortcomings in our service attitude; these are areas we need to improve immediately. We have already optimized and rectified the soundproofing issue, provided earplugs, and comprehensively strengthened staff service etiquette and attitude training to rigorously improve service quality and strive to provide an experience consistent with the hotel's positioning. We are working on optimizing the tables and chairs to address the issue of them not being ergonomically designed. While Conghua Hot Spring Area is indeed in the suburbs, Tangsu is located right next to National Highway 105, situated on the banks of the Liuxi River, just an hour's drive from downtown Guangzhou. The environment is beautiful and the scenery is pleasant, making it a great place for a relaxing vacation.
