Great airport hotel. All services are good and satisfying. You can book airport transfer for free from baiyun and its only 10 minute drive. If you need airport hotel from or to baiyun airport, book this hotel.

Hotel provide both way airport transfer. Easy to arrange and reception give us a morning call as our flight is early morning. So much food around the hotel and don’t have to go city.

The hotel was cleaned and neat, staff was helpful also the driver🙏🏽 They were kind but the chinese couple the same floor or whatever were flighting each other at 2am through 5am!!!!!!! very noisy and I couldn’t sleep AT ALL!!!!!

The hotel offers airport transfer service, but unfortunately the experience was not smooth. They mentioned they would call 30 minutes before pickup time, but no one did. I was ready and waiting on time, but the driver was still waiting for other guests who weren’t ready yet. It was already past 10 a.m., and I was worried I might be late for my flight. In the end, I had to book a Didi on my own to make sure I got to the airport on time.
The hotel itself is comfortable, but I hope they can improve the coordination of their airport transfer service in the future.
They had food stall in front of hotel street . Very convenient

One of the best hotels in have stayed in Guangzhou, China. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommend!

I like this hotel very much! The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. The hotel provides shampoo, body gel… & conditioner! For those who travel in china, you will know finding a hotel that provides conditioner is rare 😅🙏❤️ The best part about this hotel is the warm staff. They are very kind and will help you navigate any situation if you explain to them what you need. I am grateful to stay here! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Free shuttle bus service from airport to the hotel is very good. Clean room and large toilet. Worth to pay :)
