This is the most terrible hotel I've ever been to in the world! If you don't want to ruin your stay in the city, don't stay here. The room is completely covered in mold, just like the other rooms, even the kettle is covered in mold!!! It's good that I looked. Staying in this hotel is very life-threatening. The staff doesn't care about you at all, no one wants to do or decide anything. The cleaners will be rude to you, break into your room without your permission, I felt unsafe there. I am attaching all the photos of the room below.

The room has a cigarette smell. The location is good. Lobby also have smell.

The reception looks good, the rest of the hotel is in bad condition. Did not like the place at all. The images of the rooms are AI generated and the actual condition of the room is quiet bad. The carpets have a musty smell and the wall has mold on it. When we asked for a better room, they asked us to pay more. The front desk workers do not know english and will not even try to communicate and make things easy.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing stay. The room was dull, messy, dirty, and did not feel hygienic at all. Cleanliness is especially important to us, and as Muslim guests, we also need a clean and comfortable space where we can pray. Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable or fully at ease in the room during our stay. The main reason we chose this hotel was because it is conveniently located near the hospital, as I was staying there while visiting my mum who was receiving treatment nearby. However, considering the price we paid, I believe guests deserve a much better room and overall environment than what we experienced. There was also a situation at the lobby where someone was smoking continuously without seeming to care about the other guests around them. This made the common area uncomfortable and, in my opinion, the hotel should have better control over smoking in shared spaces. Another major disappointment was the lack of proper hotel Wi-Fi access, which is a basic facility I would expect from a hotel nowadays. The service from the staff was one of the better parts of the stay, but unfortunately, the condition of the room and the lack of basic facilities had a much bigger impact on our overall experience. I sincerely hope the hotel management will take these concerns seriously and improve the cleanliness, room condition, hygiene standards, Wi-Fi facilities, and management of smoking in public areas. This would not only provide a better experience for guests but also help maintain a good image for tourists visiting the area. Overall, I would not consider staying here again unless significant improvements are made.

Place is conveniently near Modern Guangzhou hospital. Room is clean and staff is very helpful.
