This hostel location in Guangzhou city is good which is located in front of Tianhe garden. However, the domintory room is quite small and crowded with black foreign guests who caused me nausea due to the very disgusting and unhygienic bodily smell (e.g. African, Indian and Pakistani people) from the guests staying in the same room. The cleanliness level is below average and the cleaner doesn't bother to do proper cleaning jobs especially the floor and bathroom. I don't recommend this hostel for local Chinese travellers because this place is accepting unhygienic foreign guests.

Excellent isn't enough, I lived in a hotel paying 200rmb it needs to learn from this hostel, the cleanliness is 100% excellent, amenities like towels, water, tea, soap, toothbrush, change of bed sheets, hot and cold water in the shower.... The sitting area has the best fresh air... It's just amazing. The proximity to the metro is very near too, the park outside is very good for a good morning run

The hostel is good. But you urgently need to detect the female shared room. I ended up staying for three days. And on the first day I found on the bed sheet bed bug (or bed bug). My friend recorded it on her cell phone and I had no way to post it here. Today I realized in the morning that my body was full of bites. I changed hostels today because of that. The location is good on the metro side and has several places to eat nearby. They provide drinking water and also towels.
