Coming to Guangzhou, choosing this all-season hotel was definitely the right call! First off, the service was excellent. During our stay, we needed a lot of hangers and some tools, and the front desk was always enthusiastic and accommodating. Plus, the bedding was super comfortable; we slept really well all three nights. The hotel's location is also fantastic – it's so convenient to get to Beijing Road and pretty much everywhere else. There's even a bus stop right downstairs and plenty of great food options nearby!

The room was clean and tidy. I stayed for 4 days and was very satisfied. They even allowed a late check-out because of the rain, which was great! They also provided special toothpaste and slippers for children, which was a very thoughtful touch!

Great location! It's surrounded by amazing food options, and while it's a few minutes' walk to the subway, it's very close to all the popular attractions in the old town. The hotel itself is quite good. The front desk staff are handsome, polite, and the cleaning lady is also very friendly. Breakfast is replenished promptly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the whole room is smart voice-controlled. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel maintains the consistent cleanliness and simplicity I've come to expect from Ji Hotel. The staff were very observant; when I was checking out, a staff member noticed I was carrying my coat and proactively offered me a shopping bag – that was a really thoughtful touch! 👍 I especially want to highlight this hotel's fantastic location. It's not far from Beijing Road, the Nanyue King's Mausoleum, and Yuexiu Park. Even better, there's an abundance of amazing food all around! I honestly feel that if you came to Guangzhou solely for the food, you could eat something different every day for a week without venturing more than 500 meters from the hotel! I highly recommend everyone stay here~

Great hotel location with lots of food options nearby. The room was quiet and clean, and the service was warm and attentive!

Facilities: The room came with a smart Xiao Ai speaker, which was a pleasant surprise! I had booked a room with a smart TV, and the electric curtains opened with just a pull. The TV also supported screen mirroring from my phone. The hotel photos were accurate to the actual room. Hygiene: The room was smoke-free, very clean, tidy, and quiet. The soundproofing was excellent. Environment: It's very conveniently located near the subway, and close to many attractions. If you're planning to visit Beijing Road Pedestrian Street or Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, this hotel is a great choice, as it's only about 20-30 minutes away. There are tons of snack options nearby, and ordering takeout is super easy! On the right side of the hotel, there's a restaurant called Wulin Shenchu where you can enjoy delicious dim sum for breakfast. Service: The front desk staff were very professional and attentive. Any requests were immediately addressed! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is really convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are clean and smart. What truly stood out was the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient, warm, and thoughtful. They even enthusiastically offered a welcome gift! Overall, the experience was excellent.

The service was excellent! We received a welcome fruit platter and a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a fantastic view, especially the night scenery – absolutely breathtaking. I just regret forgetting to take a picture!

The location isn't too far from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street; you can easily get there by shared bicycle. Plus, there's a really good hotpot restaurant right next to the hotel, so the location is excellent. The lobby is on the 16th floor and has a very simple yet cozy style, which is very comfortable. Just up the stairs next to the elevator is the top floor, where you can do laundry and drying, which is super convenient. The best part is, if you leave your clothes out at night and write your room number on the sticky note provided, the night staff will help you put them in the washing machine and dryer. You can then pick them up the next morning, which is incredibly convenient and means you can pack fewer clothes. The room itself is good. Initially, the water pressure for the shower felt a bit too strong, but after I reported it to the front desk, they fixed it by the next day – very efficient. Every day after we went out, the cleaning staff would promptly tidy up the room and replace the slippers and bath towels. Coming back to a clean and neat room always brightens my mood.

The hotel lobby smelled amazing. When I checked out, the front desk attendant even gave me a spray of the same fragrance. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I slept really well, and there are lots of great food options downstairs. It was a wonderful stay.
