The hotel is brand new, the bed is huge, and the cleanliness is spot on. The staff are also incredibly friendly, especially one named Xiao Min who made us feel like family. We'll definitely be staying here again next time, it's a great hotel for families.

Traveling with kids can be a hassle, but this hotel made it so easy for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there are plenty of food stalls and night markets about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with all the necessary children's amenities. Breakfast was delicious and varied. This stay was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Panyu. Highly recommend it!

Considering the price, it's pretty good value for money. I used the app to get a free upgrade and was hoping to try the Hollywood Room with the 2.4-meter bed, but the front desk said that room type wasn't available and gave me a Garden Room instead. When I entered the room, the bedding was dirty, with what looked like two bloodstains that hadn't been cleaned properly. The front desk was quick to act though, moving us to a room of the same category and giving us some snacks. The new room was a bit smaller, one of the mosquito screens was slightly damaged, and the shower took a long time to get cold water, with the water staying too hot for extended periods.

The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, and our room was spotless, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. The facilities were well-maintained, and the internet was fast. Our experience exceeded expectations, offering excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again! The breakfast was abundant, and the bedding was very comfortable.

In the afternoon, the lobby also offers tea and coffee, and the lounge area has a great view. You can take a walk in the garden outside. There's also a laundry room and fitness equipment. The front desk service is attentive and friendly, making for a very comfortable stay.

A perfect stay! The hotel's design has a lovely European style, and my room's large window overlooked the garden downstairs, which had paths for leisurely strolls. The gym has treadmills and exercise bikes, conveniently located within the laundry room, so you can get a workout in while waiting for your clothes. They also have robot delivery service, bringing food right to your door from outside – a huge plus! The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the freshly made rice noodles, which were delicious. Service was very prompt and they tried their best to meet all requests. This is a beautiful and high-quality hotel, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

I absolutely have to give this hotel five stars! Every single staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was smiling and provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The rooms are fully equipped and very new; the smart TV with screen mirroring and electric curtains were definite bonuses. I loved the personal touch of a welcome message with my name appearing on the TV when I turned it on – attention to detail was top-notch. The hotel's location is quiet, not noisy at all, and the soundproofing is excellent. I truly felt right at home. I highly recommend this to all my friends traveling here!
