I was completely disappointed by the staff service and hygiene. The room had a strong odor of urine as soon as I entered; I don't know how it passed internal inspection. When I went down to change rooms, the staff were indifferent and the handling was cold. There was no positive feedback, making communication exhausting. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. As an art student taking an exam, I chose this hotel hoping to be in better condition the next day. When I went to sleep at 10:30 pm, the two men and two women in room 1105 next door were extremely noisy, and it continued until 12:50 am.
