Photos says a lot but theres more to it. Thats one cockroach out of the three creepy crawlies that was in my room. The first day we arrived, we were in room 515. When i walked in and settled down, within 5 minutes i started seeing clumps of hair flying out of nowhere on the floor, then i flipped the blanket up and saw that a piece of god knows who’s hair was UNDER the bed sheet. So i asked to change rooms, which they were okay with. We changed rooms (519) and they asked us to inspect, everything was okay initially except the sofa was stained which I have attached in the photos. I have asked them to lay a clean towel because that is probably the best they could do since room 515 was also like that. So we unpacked, and went out to see relatives and when we came home, my girlfriend went to the toilet. She flipped open the toilet seat and saw there was dried pee on it. She didn’t say anything thinking I was the one who made a mess when we first arrived, but I didn’t use the toilet….. Later on when we started seeing things that didn’t add up thats when we starting taking notice. We believe that people make mistakes so we left it be. When we went to the shower room there was quite a bit of water stains on the floor, the rough water stain texture. I wanted to open the blinds to sit on the balcony and look at the GZ tower but then as I laid on the indoor balcony bench, my leg got stuck to something sticky, and i started to get annoyed as we were told this room was “just cleaned”. There was cup stain marks on the bench not sure what it was but I turned on the light saw what it was and just closed the blinds and went to take a shower. I booked this hotel to enjoy the view however it was not a pleasant experience.

The lower floors are for hotel and the higher floors are residential so expect a lot of traffic at the lift. On Trip it says that some rooms have bathtubs. The staff said they did not. The image has an umbrella over the balcony but our units did not. The bathroom and couch could be cleaner. The staff speaks no English but you can talk to them thru the Trip app or they will link you to their WeChat. The front desk lady is very kind and helpful. They did help us find a spa. I have stayed in places without English speakers but they offer all the info you need--even if it is a paper that needs to be translated. However, the front desk lady had to answer so many texts. The pool is on 4th floor. No restaurant. No English TV channels but a nice spa music station. The screen project does not work with non-Chinese apps. They have nice robes. There was no refrigerator or information in the room. No room deliveries after 10pm. All information I received was because I asked. Excellent shower and high pressure water. Very comfy lighting, luxury bed and AC. The neighborhood is convenient for food, spa, stores and the Canton Tower area.
