公寓為曙光北路分店，定位也在融創茂西側的曙光北路，實際是在融創茂東側的鳳凰北路。
定的冰雪奇緣房，實際入住根本不是。
房間設施老舊，布草殘舊，全部是用了好多年的化纖，稍一摩擦就噼裏啪啦放電，花被套表面破了個大洞，其他位置也都全部起球了。
房間衣架等地方積灰嚴重，應該挺久沒人住了。床鋪上面有碎渣和頭髮，管理員堅持説清洗更換過，在堅持下拿了一套新的床品給套在了外面。
