Regarding the power outage in the early morning: We have verified that you had an extended stay booking but did not refresh your room card at the front desk, causing the card to become demagnetized. We will take measures to remind subsequent guests that they must refresh their room cards at the front desk if they wish to extend their stay, to prevent this from happening again. 2. Regarding unauthorized entry into the room: Hotel policy dictates that rooms for extended stays can only be accessed after 2 PM for cleaning and replenishing toiletries. If you have a "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping staff will not enter. 3. Regarding the incident of the delivery driver verbally abusing you: The hotel handled the dispute promptly and appropriately. Hotel security personnel also stopped the delivery driver's behavior. We have reviewed the incident immediately and strengthened the front desk's emergency response procedures to ensure that such behavior that threatens guest safety is resolutely prevented in the future. We sincerely apologize again and will comprehensively rectify service and management loopholes to strive to avoid similar situations from occurring. We also welcome your continued supervision and feedback to help us improve our service quality.
