Okay for budget travellers, but only for Chinese speakers. Just next to the metro station and local supermarket. Tianhe park and riverside walk, most recommended.

The transportation is convenient, needless to say. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave ovens, kettles and other supplies. The boss is nice, and the hygiene is even better. What suits my taste the most is that the air conditioning seems to be turned off for two hours every afternoon for ventilation, and the rest of the time can be arranged by yourself. There are also plenty of desks and books, which are very convenient for working, reading and eating. It's worth having!
