I booked this accommodation for $620 HKD, but my experience was disappointing. The room was dusty and dirty, and there was a lot of noise, especially in the early morning due to ongoing construction in the area. Additionally, the deposit is only refunded after 2 PM, not at checkout, which is inconvenient. There are no dining or shopping options nearby, and access is limited to one entrance at the back—you cannot enter through the front. The front desk staff were neither helpful nor proactive. I arrived at 2:30 PM and was told to return later without any specific timeframe. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

They used false parameters to trick me into booking a high-priced room, and after being discovered, they said with confidence "refund you the 31 yuan difference"? This wave of operations is a second humiliation of consumers after false propaganda! **❷ Disgusting liquid residue is not cleaned up! ** The keyboard slot of the desk is sticky with a jelly-like substance that seems to be dried sugar water, and a wet wipe reveals a yellow-brown stain; there are 3 reflective mucus on the floor under the gaming chair, and there is still a sweet smell after opening the window for ventilation for two hours. I asked to change the room but was refused. The cleaning staff just rubbed it twice with a rag in front of me. Is that the rectification completed? As an e-sports hotel, they cut corners on core equipment and broke the bottom line in terms of hygiene. The staff even hinted that "e-sports rooms are so dirty" - I suggest that the boss change the slogan to "165Hz monitor + free drinks to overturn the experience room", at least it is not a scam!
