Clean and spacious room. There are laundry room for free as well. Great amenities and surrounded by great variety of food.

The hotel's condition and location are good. However, the check-in process took an unacceptably long time. We arrived at 1:30 PM, but one room wasn't ready until 2:10 PM and the other until 2:40 PM. The explanation was that their check-out time is 2 PM, so we had to wait quite a while for the rooms to be cleaned and prepared. I've traveled extensively, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. I suggest they re-evaluate their room preparation strategy to avoid making guests wait so long.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a short walk to the trendy Dongshankou area, offering super convenient access to dining, shopping, and the subway. The room itself was good – clean and fresh – and the shower pressure was fantastic. A minor drawback was that the TV couldn't access Guangdong channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I especially enjoyed the delicious lemon tea at the front desk. What truly won me over was the hotel's free underground parking! It offered direct elevator access, plenty of spacious spots, and even had staff to guide cars and assist with the elevator. I'll definitely stay here again and will be sure to upload photos on my next visit!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel boasts a vintage decor, truly capturing the essence of Republic of China-era Guangdong. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with many smart amenities that my kids particularly enjoyed. Outside our window, we could see a vibrant street teeming with local life. I absolutely loved the location, perfectly nestled between historic old streets and modern trendy areas. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within easy reach, and it's also very close to Metro Line 6.

The location is great. Right in the middle of a busy little district. Kids of shops, cafes, restaurants, markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a twin room on the 2nd floor. The size was adequate. I liked that the room had brass handles and fixtures and fittings, great antibacterial material. The room had nuts on the floor and at the edge of the bed and other detritus. The room had a semi smart function. A singing shower, single press curtain opening and closing, room sleep mode etc. slippers provided and bathroom toiletries. There was a round sofa with a table. There was a coffee shop downstairs but this never seemed to be open. There is a restaurant on floor 2, which looked ok but never tried it. The top floor had a well known Canton restaurant.

View was nice and bed was very comfy i only stayed for one night so I had a very nice and comfortable sleep

Great hotel, not many like this in the area if you want to enjoy Dongshankou. The rooms are comfortable and modern and had all the amenities in the room you need.

Overall is very good. Ai assist, nice hotel and will stay again next time

Super nice

Perfect location and nice equipped rooms. The building of the hotel is old and not very nice. It was noisy sometimes from the outside. Overall it was a good stay. One of the best areas in the city.

Hotel situated in the old part of the city with many shops and restaurants nearby. Takes a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Hotel has it’s own private parking garage. Hotel is modern and well kept. Room is for Asian standards on the large size. Bathroom is neat and it even has a Japanese Toto toilet. Took a room with a window looking into a small courtyard. All in all we had a very nice stay at this hotel. Will stay again in this hotel the next time we visit the city.

The room is spacious with excellent service. The location is great, surrounded by many restaurants and close to tourist attractions. Very convenient for traveling around.

My partner and mum stayed for 4 nights and loved the central location, service amenities  and cleanliness of Xana. The staff at the front desk were always accommodating and helpful, providing suggestions of things to do and how to navigate the local area, pay for things, set up phones. The hotel beds were comfy and the cleaning was meticulous and attentive. We highly recommend!

Very good experience, very clear , very nice pool andd spa , breakfast also great, nice staffs , the from desk staff mr benson is already amazing guy . He is very helpful
