From.K Hotel (Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town&Tiyu West Road Branch) Reviews

This hotel offers incredible value for money! On one side, you get to experience the authentic daily life of local city dwellers, and on the other, the lively hustle and bustle of tourists by the sea. Haha, I'm a tourist myself!

A delightful surprise! The room had great natural light, and the hot water was consistently good. The staff, Xiao Yang, was very attentive. The location is excellent, close to the subway, making it easy to get around. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

Everything was great! The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is the key, very close to everything you need. Highly recommend this place!!

The hotel is like a budget hotel, but the breakfast is better than what you'd find at one. They also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the staff service is excellent. Currently, the area in front of the hotel is under renovation, so getting around requires a detour and it's quite noisy.

I was very satisfied with this stay! The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I could get a good rest. Since we arrived around 9 AM, the front desk service was attentive and polite, allowing us to check in early. It was quick, and getting around and finding food nearby was very convenient. Overall, the value for money is excellent.

The hotel is about 400 meters from the subway station, not 280 meters as stated on Ctrip. After walking through the underpass for another 400 meters, you'll find Guangzhou Restaurant and Tao Tao Ju, as well as a specialty milk tea shop. It's also a decent 6-minute walk to the commercial area, so overall the location is quite convenient. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which is a nice touch for business travelers. It's only two subway stops to Canton Tower.

They offer both Chinese and Western breakfast options, and it's very close to the subway. There's also afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the service attitude is excellent. I stayed for two days and it was very quiet. The shower pressure was great, highly recommend!

Amazing location. Nice room and friendly English speaking staff

Staying here again, and the service was excellent. Knowing we were traveling with kids, they thoughtfully merged the twin beds for us. They also offer a free laundry service – just pack your dirty clothes, hang them outside your door, call the front desk, and they'll wash, dry, and return them. So considerate! Upstairs, there's a kids' play area and a gym. The hotel is close to TeeMall and Zhengjia Plaza, and downstairs in Liuyun Community, there are tons of hidden gem restaurants that really liven up at night. It's only two metro stops from Guangzhou Tower, perfect for an evening visit to see the night view, and also convenient for the Guangdong Provincial Museum. So, it's super convenient for getting around, just a few minutes walk straight from Exit H of Tiyuxi Road station. Plenty of dining options and great for sightseeing, highly recommend!

The hotel offers various room types, and the smart amenities in the rooms are very user-friendly. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Xiong (Little Bear), provided excellent service. Plus, the hotel breakfast extends until 12 PM, which is a huge plus for night owls!

Front desk staff, especially Xiao Shen, were very enthusiastic. They offered a complimentary late check-out. The breakfast on the first floor was abundant, and the hotel also provides laundry service. Highly recommend!

The hotel's public facilities are also very comprehensive. It has a fully equipped gym and laundry facilities, as well as meeting rooms, complimentary afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The front desk staff, Xiaowen, was very enthusiastic.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and they offer free afternoon tea. Xiao Wen, the front desk staff, was extremely patient and helpful in arranging taxis for us. Although our stay at the hotel was brief, we felt their warmth.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with plenty of shopping malls, eateries, and other amenities nearby, making it easy to explore the area and find something to eat or shop for. The hotel staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The room itself was neat, comfortable, and functional. I also appreciated the use of smart technology in the room, which added a modern and convenient touch to the overall experience. My only complaint would be the translucent toilet and bathroom doors. While they may look stylish, they offer limited privacy, which can be rather inconvenient when sharing the room with friends. A little more privacy in this area would definitely improve the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I particularly appreciated the convenient location, helpful staff, and modern room features.
