Yi Li You Ju Hotel 🏨 A hotel that's truly dedicated to its craft, definitely worth a return visit! 👍 **Transportation:** The hotel is located within the 1850 Creative Park, offering a strong artistic vibe, peace, and convenience. Getting around is easy; there's a bus stop nearby, it's just over 900 meters from Fangcun Metro Station, and right outside, you can catch a 2-yuan ferry ⛴️ to the other side. **Service:** The service is professional yet attentive, with a good sense of boundaries. This includes laundry and other room services. The experience was excellent, highly recommend it to friends! 👍 **Hygiene:** As someone with high standards for hotel cleanliness, I can say that Yi Li You Ju's hygiene standards are exceptional. It's tidy, well-organized, with great attention to detail, and no unpleasant odors. You can stay here with peace of mind! 🫶 **Amenities:** The hotel has a restaurant on its top floor and a rooftop garden. Within the park, there are other restaurants, and at the main entrance, you'll find a convenience store and a small bar. Fangcun Metro Station offers local snacks and markets, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Julongwan Taikoo Li! 🫰 In summary, highly recommended! I feel very lucky to have chosen Yi Li You Ju 1850 Creative Park store for my two-day business trip. A true hidden gem! 🎉

The hotel is tucked away in a small alley of an old street, with a rather small facade. The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor, and there's a doorman at the entrance who helps with luggage. It's under the InterContinental brand, and there were quite a few foreign guests staying there. The bedsheets had stains and were very wrinkled. The second and third photos clearly show the difference, as the third photo was taken after housekeeping changed them in front of me. I seriously suspect the hotel cleans the rooms without changing the bedsheets! I called room service to request a sheet change, and it took almost forty minutes for them to arrive, delaying our plans. The attendant said there were only two housekeeping staff for the entire hotel that day, and she had just been upstairs adding an extra bed for a guest. This is unbelievable – the hotel lobby is brightly lit and spacious, there were no fewer than five staff at the front desk for check-in, and even two doormen, yet only two for housekeeping? These foreign corporations really exploit their staff too much. The coffee at the hotel's cafe was decent, but the cheesecake was too sweet for my liking. The prices were acceptable. There's also a Cantonese restaurant called 'Shi Pu Xuan' where we had dim sum for breakfast twice. The food was okay. However, on the second visit, we realized we didn't have to order tea, so we didn't. The waiter's attitude became very poor, and the same dish tasted much worse the second time than the first. The main branch of Guangzhou Restaurant is very close to the hotel, about a three-minute walk. If you go right when it opens at 8 AM, you won't have to queue. However, if the attractions you want to visit require taking the subway, it's quite a walk. For taxi travel, you need to pick your times carefully, as the old city gets very congested in the evenings.

This hotel was a last-minute booking, but it far exceeded my expectations! Upon check-in, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded my room. The room itself was clean and cozy, with smart home features throughout. The large projector had a clear and stable picture, and even the toilet was smart. The bedding was clean and soft, and the decor was absolutely picture-perfect. The location is super convenient; the subway station is right outside, and there are shops and restaurants within 300 meters. It's incredibly handy! When I checked out, the front desk attendant even gave me a souvenir, and they offered freshly ground coffee in the lounge area. It was absolutely wonderful!

This hotel is so comfortable that I extended my stay three times. The bed was great. The service was excellent, from the cleaning staff and breakfast personnel to the front desk, everyone was attentive and responsible. Water and books were readily available by the stairs, and there was always afternoon tea in the lobby. The location and facilities are also excellent. It's clear they put a lot of effort into running this hotel. Thank you! Keep up the great work! 👏

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and there's a pedestrian street nearby. Plus, there's a convenience store right next door to the hotel. For this price, I'm really happy with a hotel like this! The soundproofing is pretty good too, so you can get a nice, quiet sleep.

Guangzhou Liwan Intercity Hotel is definitely worth staying at; it feels just like home. The facilities are great, and both the bedding and bathroom are comfortable. The rooms and public areas are clean and tidy. The front desk staff are warm and courteous, always ready to answer any questions. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and two metro lines are just 300 meters away. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants in the same building as the hotel. No wonder it has such a high rating of 4.8 on Ctrip!

This hotel, which I booked for my trip to Guangzhou's Shangxiajiu area, exceeded my expectations overall. Rose at the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent service. The room's facilities were all new, and the smart Xiao Du assistant for controlling lights and AC was very convenient – I'm lazy and didn't want to get out of bed to adjust the air conditioning or turn off the lights. The cleaning was meticulous, and the bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with congee, noodles, dim sum, bread, and fruit – perfect for filling up before heading out to explore. The hotel also has a laundry room with dryers, which is great for short trips as you don't have to worry about washing clothes, plus a free gym for a quick workout. Furthermore, the hotel is very close to Hualin Temple subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for visiting the pedestrian street. For its location in the city center, the price offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Liwan.

Right by the famous Fangcun, and just a short walk to the urban village. The room was small but clean. My only complaint is the terrible phone signal, only one or two bars. There's Wi-Fi, but you can't use apps like WhatsApp or Dropbox, which are blocked in China, with a domestic signal. Even when using international data roaming for these apps, the weak phone signal makes the data incredibly slow, which is very inconvenient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem Boutique Hotel in Old Guangzhou! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. After a minor issue at check-in, the staff went completely above and beyond, giving me a big room upgrade for a nominal fee 🙏🏼. Hotel & Service 🏨 Don’t be alarmed by the exterior or the elevator at street level when you first arrive as the hotel is located in a vintage building in the old part of town. However, once you step into the actual hotel lobby, it is incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained. It has the warm, attentive feel of a hands-on, family-run boutique hotel. The staff are exceptionally responsive and answered any requests almost immediately. They also offer great perks like free coffee, drinks, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. Gym & Amenities 🏋️♂️ A huge plus for me was the small gym space. It is simple but incredibly functional, which is rare for boutique hotels in China. It features an excellent treadmill, an exercise bike, a workout bench, and a set of dumbbells—everything you need for a decent, solid workout (which I used both days). The gym also conveniently houses two washers (automatic detergent dispensing) and two dryers 🧺 . In my room, there was a projection TV and a huge wall screen to which you can cast from your phone or laptop 🎥 🍿 Location & Food 🗺️ 🥘 The location is unbeatable. It is just a short, easy walk to the nearby subway station and several shopping centers, making exploring the city a breeze. Furthermore, just around the corner are several incredibly popular, bustling, authentic Cantonese roast meat/barbecue restaurants. The food there is unbelievably tasty and exceptionally cheap and I ordered takeout from here every day! Highly recommended this hotel for anyone looking for modern comfort, amazing local food, and top-tier hospitality in Guangzhou! ✨
