The hotel was great! The room price was excellent, and they even offered a shuttle service to the airport. The front desk lady working at night was incredibly diligent and responsible, I really appreciate her help. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

I booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight the next day. The room was nice and quiet. They offered a late-night snack after I checked in, which was a simple noodle and congee dish. The next day, there's a free shuttle service to the airport, but the timings are fixed, so it depends on your schedule. I opted to rent a car myself through Trip.com with a discount, which was very affordable. It was less than an 8-minute drive. Before I left, the front desk even prepared a simple grab-and-go breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch!

The room was clean and odor-free, with plenty of hot water and excellent soundproofing. The next day's airport drop-off was perfectly arranged, so I didn't have to wake up early to catch a taxi for my morning flight. Great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the bedding was so soft, like sinking into a cloud. It's a 900-meter walk to Renhe subway station, and you can take Line 3 directly to Zhujiang New Town. In the lobby, black tea, green tea, juice, and cookies are available all day, so having a cup of tea while waiting for your ride is really pleasant. For breakfast, they have freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, which taste great.

Arrived at Baiyun Airport past midnight, and it was great to have airport and subway transfers! It was a thoughtful touch to receive a complimentary drink upon arrival. The room size was just right, and there were plenty of local eateries, massage places, and supermarkets nearby, which was super convenient! The front desk lady was also very friendly. I'll definitely book again if I have another layover!

This is a great layover hotel, just a 7-8 minute walk from Terminal 2. A big thanks to Joker at the front desk for the excellent service; he kindly upgraded us to a runway view room because we had a child, which made our little one very happy. The room facilities were complete, and we even received welcome fruit. Service was very responsive. Breakfast in the morning is shared with the Hilton and has pretty much everything you'd expect. There's a shuttle to T2 every hour. Being so close to the airport, there's obviously some airplane noise from takeoffs and landings, so light sleepers might find that a bit challenging.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I just had to. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhao's service was just right – warm but not overbearing. Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless, and he patiently offered practical advice whenever I had questions. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The value for money is definitely there, making the whole stay easy and stress-free. Highly recommended.

The room was just the right size, not too big, not too small, and it had a window! It was comfortable and clean! I was worried it might be noisy since it's close to the airport, but I worried for nothing. For the price, it was definitely worth it, especially with breakfast and airport shuttle included. I've stayed at so many hotels near Baiyun Airport, and I've finally found one I'm absolutely thrilled with! I truly can't recommend it enough. It's located right off the main road but set back a bit, so it's super easy to find. I arrived early and got to see the rooms, deciding to go for one with floor-to-ceiling windows, and it definitely proved to be the right choice. The room decor is also really lovely, and the value for money is just fantastic. What's more, the staff were incredibly patient in answering my questions and even reminded me to book my airport transfer. The room was clean, and they have robots deliver takeout, which is a really nice touch. Honestly, I think it's a great place!
