The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

The hotel has only one floor, with about half being e-sports rooms and half standard rooms. Given its location and price, it's just about acceptable. The room facilities are quite old, and both the external and internal environments are noisy. The room reeked of nicotine. If you're only considering affordability and metro convenience, you might consider staying here.

Highly recommended! The location is superb, very close to Canton Tower with convenient transportation and many nearby options for getting around. They were also great about upgrading our room. The front desk staff were attentive and thoroughly explained the electronic tourist guide, which was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The room was well-maintained, clean, and fresh. Given its excellent location, it's perfect for a temporary stay while traveling. I'll prioritize this hotel for my next trip. Highly recommended, excellent!

I'm a loyal customer of this hotel; whenever I come to Guangzhou, I almost always choose to stay here without hesitation. First, the location is excellent. There are so many food options nearby, with all kinds of delicious eateries right outside the door. It's also not far from the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel rooms are located on higher floors, offering expansive views and a quiet, comfortable overall environment. As an international chain brand, the room quality, hygiene standards, and overall stay experience are quite reliable. The room interior is elegant and comfortable, with complete facilities. The service also deserves praise; they are generally very responsive to requests. Whether it's the staff at the 20th-floor restaurant or the front desk on the first floor, their attitude is warm and professional. Every stay provides a great service experience. I particularly love the breakfast buffet on the 20th floor. The variety is rich, and the dining environment is excellent. Sitting by the window, you can even see the Canton Tower, also known as ”Xiao Man Yao,” enjoying breakfast while admiring Guangzhou's city skyline – it's a fantastic experience. The hotel also provides self-service laundry and drying facilities, which are especially convenient for business travelers or guests staying for several days. Additionally, there are game and leisure areas, making the overall amenities quite comprehensive. For this price point, whether it's the location, room, view, breakfast, amenities, or service, I think it's incredibly good value for money. The consistent overall experience is why I always prioritize staying here whenever I visit Guangzhou. I genuinely recommend this hotel; it's one you'd be happy to return to again and again after staying once. Finally, the front desk staff member Leo and an auntie at the 20th-floor restaurant left a particularly good impression on me.

Guangzhou, the City of Rams, is truly beautiful! This Hilton Garden Inn has the quaint charm of a European town, and the dining is excellent! The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming! The rooms were cleaned spotless, and the laundry service was efficient. A special thanks to the hotel General Manager, Sister Ting, for her wonderful care! Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and happily give it a five-star rating. The front desk staff were patient and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also quite good. Breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes that were fresh and delicious. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It's a quiet and elegant environment, with well-maintained facilities, and excellent value for money. Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and had a good experience overall. The front desk staff were very warm and patient, and quickly answered any questions I had. The hotel is conveniently located near Jiangnanxi Metro Station, making getting around very easy. From my window, I could see the shopping mall and the main road directly, and I initially thought it would be noisy, but with the window closed, I barely heard anything while sleeping. There's also a self-service laundry room and dryer on the 8th floor, which was really convenient for washing clothes. The air conditioning in the room was excellent; it's been scorching hot these past few days, so it was very comfortable staying in the room. However, the glass partition between the toilet and the shower was a bit short, so the wet/dry separation wasn't very effective. It was quite easy for water to splash onto the toilet area when showering.

The whole place felt fresh and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay! I liked it so much the first night that I extended my stay for two more nights. The front desk staff were also very kind and patient, promptly responding to and assisting with any requests. For the price, it's a great deal, and it's not far from other places I wanted to visit.

Being on a high floor, there are no obstructions whatsoever, offering a direct, unobstructed view of the entire Canton Tower. During the day, the tower is clear and beautiful under the sunny sky. In the evening, the sunset casts a warm glow over the city, and at night, the Canton Tower's light show rotates through various patterns. You can soak in a hot bath and enjoy the entire dazzling nightscape privately. The host even provides disposable bath liners, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, washing away all travel fatigue. Every photo taken here turns out to be a stunning, atmospheric shot. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the hot water flow is stable. Home amenities like a washing machine and an electric kettle are all available, more than sufficient for a short stay. The concierge service was attentive and efficient, with clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to messages. The check-out process was simple, and the deposit was refunded promptly. The apartment's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Canton Tower commercial area, making it very convenient for dining, sightseeing, and shopping. Among similar properties in the area, the view and amenities here are far superior, offering incredible value for money. I've already saved this place and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
