Really enjoyed my stay at Lavande Hotel. The room was spotless, the breakfast spread was impressive，plenty of options to start the day right，and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Location couldn’t be more convenient. The subway entrance is literally right at the hotel door, and there’s a ton of dining choices near by, plus a large supermarket. Made everything so easy. Definitely coming back next time.

The room was small but clean. I booked the cheapest one for 168 RMB, and the manager even gave me a breakfast voucher, which was really nice of them! 😊 It's close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and there's a subway station nearby, making it convenient for food delivery, dining out, and shopping.

The environment is very good and the room is very clean. This is my second stay and the only hotel I have chosen. The service is also very good.

Fantastic location! It's within walking distance to shopping areas and attractions, and getting a taxi is easy. The hotel itself is quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun is right there. It made my trip so much more convenient!

I chose the Yuecity Hotel for my business trip to Guangzhou this time, and what impressed me most wasn't the room facilities, but the genuine and thoughtful service from every staff member. It felt far from the usual, perfunctory, conveyor-belt approach to hospitality. When I first arrived with two large bags, the front desk attendant immediately came out to help me. The check-in process was handled at a calm pace, with no rushing. I wasn't sure about dining options or subway directions around Xicun, and instead of just handing me a generic map, he specifically told me which old restaurant downstairs served authentic dim sum, which subway exit would save me a detour, and even reminded me about the supermarket's closing time. Mid-stay, I forgot my charging cable when heading out. I called the front desk, and it was delivered to my room within minutes. I also had trouble using the self-service laundry room, and they patiently showed me how to set the machine's mode. The level of service felt just right, very comfortable. On check-out day, I had an early subway to catch and wanted to store my luggage for a few days. The front desk readily agreed and even offered to help me carry my bags to the elevator. Throughout my entire stay, whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or support staff, everyone was genuinely kind and natural in their interactions, not just superficially polite. They responded promptly to requests and paid attention to even small details. The room itself was clean and quiet, and its proximity to the subway made getting around convenient. However, what truly makes me want to return and recommend this place to friends is this warm and dedicated team. It's genuinely rare to encounter such heartwarming service when staying at hotels away from home. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Guangzhou!

Nice and excellent hotel in terms of locations and price in Guangzhou

For my first stay near Guangzhou Station, I chose this place, and the accommodations were quite nice. The location is excellent, with easy access to both the high-speed rail station and subway station. The room size is just right, and it was a great value for money with my friend. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We stayed as a family at Platinum Residence Hotel from July 3-6 and had an absolutely fantastic time! The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool area which kept them entertained for hours. The facilities are excellent (5/5 from us!). Everything was modern, well-maintained, and super convenient. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated the quick responses and warm hospitality. Location is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, this was one of our best family trips thanks to Platinum Residence Hotel. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back on our next visit. Thank you to the whole team!

The apartment is close to Guangzhou Railway Station, subway station and bus station, and the transportation is convenient. The room is small and exquisite enough. Configure snow-white quilt cover, pillowcase, sheets, clean and tidy. The washstand has plenty of hot and cold water, and the vanity mirror touch switch is convenient and bright. Other facilities such as showers and showers are complete and easy to use. The front desk was on duty and the service reception was good. I also helped me carry the trolley box to the room. The cleaning aunt cleaned the room seriously and responsible. Cost-effective, will stay again.
