This has been, by far, the best stay I've had in years! Every time I passed by this ZHotel, I was drawn in by its beautiful exterior. It was my first time staying here, and to my surprise, the lobby and rooms were even more stunning and comfortable than I'd imagined, all in an Art Deco style. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I got a room type I absolutely adored – super large and incredibly spacious. All the designs and decorations were so beautiful; I just wanted to spend the whole day in the hotel and enjoy it. First, upon entering, the view was spectacular; that 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window view was incredibly calming. Lounging on the sofa was very comfortable too. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, with the perfect mattress softness and memory foam pillows. The light switches in the room were up-down toggles, which was quite interesting, and there were many types of lighting, from bright to dim, creating a fantastic ambiance. Especially the golden lamps by the bed were exquisite. The green bathroom door complemented the dark green curtains perfectly; everything was delightful to the eye. The bathroom, toilet, and sink were all separated, which was very convenient, and the showerhead design was adorable, like a golden telephone receiver. Beyond the room, the overall hotel experience was excellent. They offered so many complimentary experiences (afternoon tea, coffee, cocktails) and it's connected to Tianyu Plaza, so going out for meals, movies, grocery shopping, or taking the subway meant no need to brave the rain. Such a one-stop leisure experience was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the afternoon tea on the day I checked in (it seemed to be pastries from Hema, like Swiss rolls, tiger skin rolls, mochi, and cream horn cakes – delicious!). The afternoon tea restaurant was also very cozy and beautiful, with a great view. It felt so lovely just sitting there, having snacks, and chatting. In the evening, I tried the cocktail bar, and even though it was a complimentary fixed drink, the atmosphere was fantastic. The next day, I also had complimentary coffee, right on the ground floor of the lobby. I could choose from the entire coffee menu and picked a mocha and a coconut latte, both of which were delicious! ”Feeling at home” doesn't even begin to describe how much I loved it. ZHotel was as warm as a home, yet more romantic and lavish, like stepping into the world of ”The Grand Budapest Hotel.” My vacation, full of happiness, ended like this, and I felt so reluctant to check out. I'll definitely be back often!

The hotel's Lucky robot was a fun novelty, delivering items to our room. It was novel and entertaining, and our child absolutely loved it, staying excited the whole time. The staff were gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, and the common areas were neatly maintained. It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

A Great and Convenient Stay in Guangzhou The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. The lobby is situated on the fourth floor, with separate elevators exclusively for hotel guests, providing additional convenience and privacy. The front-desk staff spoke fluent English and gave us a very warm welcome. The room fully met my expectations, and the smart-control system was especially convenient. There were also plenty of power outlets for my laptop and other electronic devices. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese dishes and met my expectations. We also used the restaurant for a client meeting for a few hours, and the complimentary drinks available in the lobby were a thoughtful touch that exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had an excellent experience. This hotel is comfortable, well located, and particularly convenient for business travelers. I would gladly stay here again.

It was such a pleasant surprise and instantly made me feel like I got amazing value for money! The upgraded smart room is perfect for anyone who loves convenience; it doubled my experience. The whole room can be voice-controlled – just call out 'Xiao Du' from bed to turn lights on/off, adjust the AC temperature, or open/close curtains. No more getting up and walking around; it's incredibly comfortable. When you have some downtime, you can even listen to music or play background sounds, creating a wonderful ambiance. It's truly relaxing and enjoyable, combining a high-tech feel with practicality. The room's cleanliness was also top-notch. It was spotless and tidy throughout, with no strange odors. The bedding was clean and soft, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down after a long day of travel, ensuring a sound sleep. I've stayed at many hotels, and this Sofitel stay easily makes it into my top three. It's not about how luxurious it is, but rather how effortless and comfortable the stay felt. The room layout was well-designed, the light switches and outlets were conveniently placed, and the bathroom towels were thick and absorbent – getting these details right really makes a difference to the experience. For service, Dion and Mia💖🍥 truly stood out. When I checked in, I mentioned that I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to noise. They immediately checked room availability and switched me to an inner-facing room. As expected, I slept wonderfully those two nights, with absolutely no noise. Dion even messaged me after I checked out to say I'm welcome back anytime and to contact them in advance if I have any special requests. Their attentiveness in listening to guests' needs and then following through is truly rare and commendable. Five-star rating, well-deserved.
