LN Residence properties in Guangzhou

Although the room is advertised as an apartment and has a kitchenette, it had almost no dishes. The location is good and the hotel is in a historic building, but the rooms feel old and there's a dampness from the river. The river view is beautiful, but the windows were dirty. Overall, it's a good budget option in the historic center if you're willing to overlook minor flaws. However, it's worth noting that the staff is ready to help with everything: they stored our luggage for three days after we checked out, and called a taxi for us upon departure.

Lingju Innovation Apartment boasts a prime location in the heart of Yuexiu, close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, and my overall experience exceeded expectations. The room decor is simple yet elegant, creating a very homely atmosphere. It's fully equipped with everything you need, including a separate kitchenette and a washer-dryer combo. All the kitchenware and appliances are provided, making it easy to cook and do laundry, meeting most daily living needs. Building on the service standards of China Hotel, the service here is attentive and thoughtful. Compared to a traditional hotel, it offers the best of both worlds: hotel-style cleaning and security services, coupled with the comfort and convenience of a residential apartment. Whether you're visiting Guangzhou for a short stay or a temporary stopover, this is an excellent choice, balancing comfort, convenience, and value for money. Highly recommended.
