The room was very comfortable and clean, with no strange odors in the bathroom. The sheets were fresh. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. Very satisfied.

Whenever friends visit, I always book this hotel. It's quite new, primarily decorated in warm orange tones, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's not far from the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's an excellent choice.

The room was spotless and tidy, complete with a smart toilet and a full set of toiletries. The TV screen mirroring feature was very convenient. The space was huge, and the decor was stylish and tasteful. Absolutely fantastic, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The experience of staying at the Orange Hotel is directly full! The faint citrus fragrance in the lobby is particularly healing, and the decoration is simple and refreshing. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast, the attitude is gentle and intimate, and the whole process is as cordial as relatives and friends. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and ridge-protected, the blackout curtains, the smart lighting were very convenient, the bathroom hot water was stable, and the orange-flavored toiletries smelled very comfortable. The sound insulation effect is online and I sleep very peacefully at night. The surrounding dining is complete, and it is convenient to travel. It is suitable for business trips or tourism. Next time you come to Nancun Wanbo, you will definitely stay here again.

Room amenities: The hotel isn't brand new, but it's very clean and has all the necessary facilities. It seems quite popular. Value for money: The price was decent. We booked in advance for our summer vacation, so it was pretty good value. Price increases during peak holiday seasons are to be expected. Location: There's a car park, and taxis are easily accessible. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Breakfast: Breakfast is provided and it's quite varied, with some changes every day. Thumbs up! They also have laundry facilities with a dryer, which is great! The front desk lady even helped warm up our food. Her service was excellent, much appreciated!

We stayed here for 8 nights and were overall very happy with our experience. The hotel is in a strategic location. It’s easy to get a Didi, and there’s also a metro station within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around. There’s also a convenience store right downstairs, which was incredibly handy. If you order food delivery, the hotel even uses a robot to deliver it directly to your room, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day, and we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. We were also pleased that our request for a spacious room with plenty of natural sunlight was accommodated, so kudos to the team for that. The soundproofing could be better, as you can still hear some traffic from outside. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us because the area around the hotel becomes fairly quiet at night, so we had no trouble sleeping. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely slow—almost unusable at times—so we relied on our own mobile data throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the hotel provides complimentary washing machines and dryers. There are two shared garment steamers in the laundry room, but since they’re shared by all guests, the area can get quite busy and feel a little like a co-living space. That said, the cleanliness, comfortable bed, friendly service, convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent value for money easily outweighed these minor drawbacks. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I usually stay at Atour or Ji Hotel, but this time I tried Orange Hotel after a long while, and it was quite a pleasant surprise. First off, the king room was incredibly spacious. The large TV screen was perfectly positioned opposite the bed, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable – perfect for a staycation. Also, the lighting around the bathroom mirror and the full-length mirror was excellent. It was great for putting on makeup, unlike the dim lighting you often find at Ji Hotel. Even in the king room, there was a large table and a sofa, which was convenient for eating takeout. The location near Xihua Road also had plenty of food options downstairs. Overall, I was very satisfied.

After much deliberation, I chose Orange Hotel over H Hotels (Sihai City branch), both of which opened in 2025. What swayed me was that Orange Hotel's negative reviews didn't mention any strong new renovation smell. And it turns out I made the right choice! First, the front desk at Orange Hotel was quite reliable that night. They called me around midnight to ask about my arrival time, which was reassuring. They didn't pull any tricks like reselling my room at a higher price to someone else. Second, the room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a very faint new renovation smell, but I confirmed with the front desk during check-in that all their rooms opened in March 2025, so it's been over half a year. It wasn't a major issue. Third, compared to my friends who booked at H Hotels, our choice proved to be more dependable. Our flight was delayed, and while they booked two rooms at H Hotels, we stayed at Orange Hotel. H Hotels ended up pulling a fast one: seeing that my friends hadn't arrived yet (and likely couldn't answer calls on the plane), they messaged them claiming the toilet in their rooms had burst and they couldn't stay. They told them to go to another nearby H Hotels and that the front desk would cover the taxi fare. And it wasn't just one room; both rooms for my two friends, who were on the same delayed flight, supposedly had this problem! When they saw the messages after landing, they immediately suspected something fishy. It was almost midnight, and they'd have to take a taxi to another hotel. Plus, they chose that particular H Hotels because it was close to where they needed to be the next day. Honestly, I never expected such a big chain to pull a stunt like that. My impression of H Hotels has plummeted, and it definitely boosts my appreciation for other hotels in the same category.
