Paco Hotel properties in Guangzhou

I live in luxury king bedroom. Staff is extremely friendly. Room cleaning service staff are prompt and polite. The only issue I found was in communication. It’s difficult to communicate in english, but it’s not a big issue with a translation app. I couldn’t find ventilation in washroom, but surprisingly it didn’t cause an issue. 10/10 will recommend it to anyone. My stay was at room 1307.

Pros: Convenient location, just a 2-3 minute walk from the subway station. If you don't have luggage, use Exit C; if you have a suitcase, walk a bit further to Exit F (which has escalators in both directions). The front desk staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Cons: The air conditioning fan was incredibly loud – so loud that I had to wear earplugs to sleep at night. The carpet was dirty with many stains, so I didn't dare walk barefoot. We had to share the elevator with the neighboring restaurant and a mahjong/card room. The design of the toilet, shower, and sink area was poorly thought out; if even one door was open, the sink became unusable. There was also a loud noise from the drain after showering or washing hands. Overall: For the same price, I would definitely choose the hotel next door instead.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service from the staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they didn’t hesitate to assist us whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep. The aesthetic of the hotel is also beautiful and adds to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

A very clean and quiet hotel, ideally located just a few meters from the Ouzhuang metro station—connecting lines 5 and 6—which serves Guangzhou's major markets. This is not my first time staying here. The staff remains the same: professional, very friendly, helpful, and attentive—reflecting a company that is serious and highly respectful

I chose this hotel for Xue Zhiqian's concert, and it's indeed close to the venue, easily reachable by bike. First, the service gets full marks: I was assigned a room on the top floor, and at night, I noticed a constant 'buzzing' low-frequency noise (like a heat pump), along with traffic noise from the road, as the windows offered no soundproofing at all. After contacting the front desk, the staff were incredibly helpful and immediately upgraded my room late at night. However, after changing rooms, the equipment hum only slightly decreased, and the road noise remained, essentially a double whammy of noise. I'm very grateful for the front desk's assistance, but the facilities are truly subpar: the top floor equipment has poor vibration dampening, and the window soundproofing is practically nonexistent. Plus, being right by the road, anyone sensitive to noise can forget about getting any sleep. If you're staying for just one night for a concert, definitely bring industrial earplugs; those who value sleep quality should reconsider.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Right from the start, they offered me a complimentary room upgrade. Location/Transportation: The location is very convenient, with the marriage registration office just about 100 meters away, and plenty of amenities nearby. Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a much-needed good night's sleep. The cleanliness was also impeccable. Service: The front desk staff were super friendly and efficient with check-in, and very attentive. Room service was also very prompt.

I was very satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. The location is excellent, the environment is great, and the surrounding amenities are fantastic. On the seventh floor, there's a gym, laundry room, and restaurant. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they even have robots delivering takeout. The transportation is very convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel receptionist provide a very good service and super friendly. She even go extra miles in giving me a better room at another outlet with a free shutter. Theenvironment in the room is superb with the price I paid. I'm strongly suggest to those who wanted to travel to Guangzhou to stay in this hotel.

Amazing hotel! This was actually our second stay here during the same trip because we liked it so much. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is great, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!
