Milo at the front desk provided excellent service. They informed me that my room was a windowless type upon check-in, and the upgraded room they gave me was quite good. There's a gym on the third floor, and a robot delivers food orders to the room, which is super convenient. The front desk also offers complimentary snacks and fruits! The lobby on the first floor sells some nice bags too! Overall, a great experience!

Guangzhou was the first stop on our National Day holiday trip, and Ramada was the first hotel we stayed at. Considering holiday prices, it was quite affordable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Wuyangcun subway station and isn't too far from Canton Tower, which you can see in the distance. A taxi ride to Chimelong takes about 25 minutes if there's no traffic. The hotel's facilities are a bit old. The toilet seats don't have soft-close mechanisms, so they often bang shut. The bathroom is also quite cramped – fine for one person, but two people would be bumping into each other. If your room faces southwest, you can see the Pearl River from the window. Hotel guests get free access to the outdoor pool at the recreation center. The pool is very clean, and it's lovely to go for a swim after sunset. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery, as there's a designated area in the lobby for it.

I had a very satisfying stay for a few days! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so I rested very well. The front desk service was warm and attentive, very responsive, and solved issues promptly. The location is convenient, with many dining options nearby, making it suitable for business trips or short stays. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel!

I got up early and was too sleepy to travel, so I stayed for 4 hours to rest. Overall, it was good! Parking is convenient, clean, and the room size is suitable. The location is very good, opposite the shopping mall. The sound insulation may be average, it is better for the dragon boat race, and the landlords next door who came to practice were a bit noisy.
