Stayed here 2024/11/22-24 in Room 8646 a ”Business 2-bed Room”. I am from Quanzhou in Fujian and stayed here with a friend from Dongguan to celebrate the first anniversary of the South African ownership of Charlie's Steakhouse and Grill in the centre next door. The room was quite spacious and clean. The beds were of really good quality soft but firm (not like a plank like many other hotel beds...). The bathroom was also very clean and good. I stayed before in a Vienna Hotel in Shaoguan and there it was also so good! Their price is very reasonable. The front desk did not understand English but was quite helpful through a translator. I can really recommend this Vienna Hotel!

Had a wonderful stay, super comfortable! The location is convenient, and I was really happy with the cleanliness and the quality of the environment. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The front desk service was excellent. I stayed for seven days and was very satisfied. The area nearby is quite lively, haha! 😄

The hotel lobby is clean and tidy, free herbal tea is available, the room is clean and sanitary, and the front desk lady gave us breakfast coupons. The breakfast is also very rich, with fried rice noodles, fruit porridge, steamed buns, etc. This is the second time I stay in the Vienna Hotel chain, which is worth recommending.

The room was incredibly spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The location is fantastic! There's a shopping mall right downstairs, and parking was very convenient. This hotel stay was a mixed bag! Before my trip, I saw a lot of glowing reviews about the soundproofing, so I booked it right away. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised; I didn't expect Vienna to have rooms with such a chic, Hermes-esque design and a luxurious feel. The smart control system was also very modern and practical. The window soundproofing was indeed excellent; I couldn't hear any street noise at all. For my early morning flight the next day, the front desk even prepared a packed breakfast. I was originally planning to give a five-star review and rave about it! However, nightfall was when the nightmare began. The wall soundproofing was absolutely terrible!!!! The room next door was chatting and watching videos until almost 3 AM, and the sound was so clear it felt like it was right by my head, making it impossible to sleep! I called the front desk multiple times, and they said the hotel was full (only executive rooms left) and I couldn't change rooms, nor could they provide earplugs. I barely slept a wink. The guests next door weren't intentionally making noise; I just happened to be the unlucky one with night owl neighbors. The core issue was still the hotel's soundproofing, but the hotel offered no improvements or solutions, only telling guests to endure it. This became the worst hotel experience in my life, and the one where I called the front desk the most. Room number 322.
