The environment is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is cozy, and the front desk staff are friendly. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended. The location is excellent, right next to Linghu Building in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. Guangdong Radio and Television Station is just across the street. It's only a few minutes' walk to bus stops and subway stations, and there are plenty of shopping malls and entertainment options nearby. Definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean and newly renovated. There's a shopping mall nearby with an underground parking lot. It's right next to the Conrad, making it very convenient for business in the area. Great value for money, I'd definitely stay here again! - Milk Tea

This was my first time staying at this apartment. The front desk is very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also right next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Tianzi Pier, where you can take a boat tour and enjoy the night view. I booked a river view room, and you can see the Pearl River and the sights of Qiyi Road. The room facilities are very complete, and it was cleaned thoroughly. There's a fridge and a washing machine, the AC was nice and cool, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early and check out late.

We're really enjoy staying here as muslim traveller as they provided with muslim friendly breakfast and room also provided with qibla direction which ease to perform our prayer. Other than that, they also provided complimentary laundry service which amazed us. This hotel is near with muslim friendly restaurant and also near with guangzhou metro station which smooth us in our planning to visit guangzhou city. They worker also can speak english and welcoming us very warmly.We're definately will check in this hotel again if we come to guangzhou again.

Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen. The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet. This place can be better if management take care of house keeping Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed. Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

The young lady at the front desk during the day shift was incredibly friendly and helped me with so many issues. It's not easy to find a hotel with such a great location and reasonable price on your first trip to Guangzhou. The large studio room was spacious and bright, with cooking facilities and a washing machine. The cleaning lady was also very polite; she always gave me an extra bottle of water when she cleaned. There are many restaurants downstairs, and the subway isn't far, making it convenient to try all sorts of Guangzhou delicacies. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Guangzhou.
