This can't even compare to a Holiday Inn Express, Atour, or Hanting in China that costs 300-400 RMB, let alone a 4 or 5-star hotel. The service was alright, but the variety of food, room amenities, and soundproofing were all subpar.

I always stay at this hotel for business trips, but the service wasn't as good this time. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. For my early flight, the previous front desk agent said I could check in around 9 AM. But then the next agent insisted it had to be 12 PM. I told her her colleague said 9 AM, and she replied, 'You're dealing with me now.' 😅 A bit speechless.

My flight was delayed, so I had an unexpected overnight layover in São Paulo. I booked this hotel near the airport last minute, and it was a great find! The hotel environment is lovely, and both the room and the pool were very comfortable. They also offer a free airport shuttle with many convenient times throughout the day.

Convenient location 10 minutes from the airport. Sufficiently clean and modern hotel. Excellent breakfast service - soooo much selection! One area of improvement- stick to the schedule of transfer service, don’t be 30 minutes late just because you fell like it

Perfect stay !!! Top notch hotel. Highly recommand to stay here. Very vrry nice renovated room. Amazing multi options for breakfast never saw that in Brazil. Really nice staff amazing helpful. They do their best to satisfy your needs. Definitely deserve the 5stars and will be back for sure. AMAZING STAY !
