New Gudauri Rooms

Great location, we slept really well. Shops right downstairs from the apartment. Very quiet. The host was very pleasant.

Great location, not far from the ski lift. The room has all the necessary kitchenware for cooking. The staff are very responsive and always ready to help. Thank you!

Normal apartments, but it was cold. There was no heater or air conditioning, and the refrigerator wasn't working.

We stayed for one night on our way back home to Russia. What I liked: the cleanliness of the room, the hotel's location, and the quick check-in without needing to meet the host. The host was available at all times and politely and thoroughly provided instructions for check-in and the address.

Excellent location, very convenient for day trips and exploring the surrounding mountains. The complex has shops, a playground, cafes, restaurants, and even plenty of animals (donkeys roaming around, and a mini-zoo with rabbits and ducks at a nearby cafe). The ski lift is within walking distance. The room has everything, including a washing machine (important for those traveling with children), and the views from the windows are beautiful. The manager, Mikhail, was great – he met us and was always available. The only thing missing for me to make it perfect was blackout curtains in the room.

Excellent location (ski resort) with beautiful surroundings nearby. I visited during the off-season, and despite that, there were still a few restaurants, bars, and two mini-supermarkets on-site, which were very useful if needed. The chairlift also operates during the off-season, making it easier to get up the slopes if you wish.

Wonderful apartment, very convenient location with mountain views. We were just passing through but were very happy with our choice. We were met upon arrival and they were always available if we needed anything. The room had everything for a comfortable stay, even kitchen utensils 👍👍

We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃
