"My stay was great, I was treated very well, they even asked if I wanted to leave my luggage, as check-out was at 12 pm. The cleanliness was very good, the room smelled nice, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was organized. The only downside was that there was only half a shower stall; they use a curtain and leak water just for showering, but they left a floor cloth nearby and it worked out fine. We went out and spent the day there, returning to find the room completely tidy. The hotel is super well located, close to everything, and what isn't close is near buses and the train station. In short, we loved the place!"

"Great hotel! Even though the bathroom and toilet are shared, they were spotless. There's a microwave in the common area, which was super convenient for heating up food from the supermarket. My friend and I were both very satisfied. The street view from the hotel balcony was also beautiful."

GGuest UserExtremely noisy, the soundproofing is terrible. If you're not a very heavy sleeper, be warned. I'm usually someone who wouldn't wake up even during a thunderstorm, but I stayed here for two nights and woke up once or twice each night. There were always people talking loudly in the hallway, and because the soundproofing was so bad, it felt like they were talking right next to my ear even with earplugs on.

GGuest UserI found this place to meet my needs perfectly. The location, premium room, and independent approach to staying was great for me, although I can see staffed hours being a problem had something gone wrong, I personally enjoyed the hands-off approach after a long day of sightseeing where I did not feel like making small talk. That said, responses via WhatsApp were always helpful, detailed, and timely which made the stay quite stress free knowing help was only a message away. The location is reason enough for me to rebook this place, the wonderful room an even greater reason. If I could change one thing it would have been access to washing facilities as I was staying for 5 days, however, this is something that can be easily planned/prepared for. Should there be any emergency that requires the staff advised me of a laundromat a short walk away. Should I stay in Madrid again this hotel will be the first place I check for accomodation.

I chose this single room because I was arriving late by plane, and it allows for check-in at any hour, but the conditions they set and the potential charges for every single thing are absurd. They provide an endless list of extra fees in case anything happens.

GGuest UserThis was a converted apartment, with private bedrooms and shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The place was impressively clean throughout our stay, with cleaners coming through each morning. You are also provided a key to lock the bedroom door so we didn't have any concerns about security. Wifi also worked fine and there was mobile reception (this must've been fixed from older reviews).
Having access to a kitchen made it easy to have breakfast in and you are allocated a shelf in the communal fridge. The other guests were very respectful, which helped create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. That said, it’s worth noting this is not a party-style stay — it works best if everyone is mindful that it’s a shared environment as noise does travel through the hallway.
The bedroom itself was large and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space.
Location-wise, it’s slightly outside the very centre — not right in the middle of the action — but still very accessible. We were about a 20-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and ended up walking most places, and there’s also a metro station less than 5 minutes away if needed.
Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-connected place to stay in Madrid, especially if you don’t mind being just outside the busiest areas.

TTravelingAsiaThe hotel's location is very convenient, just steps away from the subway, which made exploring the city quite easy. However, I did notice that the alley where the hostel is situated has a somewhat questionable vibe, especially at night. If I had been alone, I might have felt unsafe walking through it.
The hostel room itself didn't detract from our overall experience visiting the city. It was functional and served its purpose. That said, I found the staff not particularly proactive in assisting guests.
Additionally, I feel the photos on the booking site are a bit misleading, especially regarding the entrance and the corridors inside the hostel. They give a more welcoming impression than the reality.
If I were to visit again, I would probably consider other options that might offer a more secure and transparent experience.

LLovelyCnThis hostel offers a very good balance between price and quality. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels are clean. The location is very central, yet it is completely quiet on the third floor. Check-in may be complicated for non-Spanish-speaking guests, as you do not receive any information prior to arrival. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. The air conditioning is new and works very well. This place opened in 2023.

It is an ideal place to spend the night and continue your trip or if you plan to spend the whole day visiting Madrid and are looking for affordable accommodation near Atocha, Cibeles or Retiro Park, etc.
Our room was very simple with a sink, shower tray and towels. The bathroom was outside the room and shared with other guests, in our opinion the bathroom was quite clean.
