"luv the location! and we enjoyed our stay there. it’s close to malls as well so everything is just walkable. the only con we had is the bed since it’s a spring bed or maybe we’re not just used with it. but overall everything’s good, they clean the room everyday. will surely be back! best thing: they have a weighing scale, we’re overpacked and glad they have it so we can assess the weight of our luggages."

"The room is spacious, and the shower is almost as big as the room itself! Check-in is also non-face-to-face; send your personal information via Line message, and at 2 PM, you'll receive a password via text message. However, if you arrive before 2 PM, you won't even be able to enter the room, which can be a bit tricky. However, there's a luggage storage area on the first floor. The entrance may look simple, but it wasn't a problem at all for my stay, and the proximity to Chinatown made it convenient for exploring."

"I arrived at 11 PM, but the host was still very friendly, even though I probably woke him up. My room was clean and had insect screens all around. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was actually very good. It had a large TV, smart lighting with a remote control, very hot water for the walk-in shower, and two complimentary bottles of water every day. The breakfast was Thai cuisine – soups, rice, and chicken. As a European, you just have to be open to it. Alternatively, you could also get a piece of cake and a coffee. Overall, it was a straightforward stay with great value for money, on par with hostel prices. What wasn't ideal: The guesthouse is a bit out of the way. Although it's only 200m from Bang Khae station, it's quickly 20 stops or up to 45 minutes to get to the city center. It's not entirely quiet outside at night. I would have liked the trash can to be emptied once during my four-day stay. I'm not that demanding about the rest. The grille of the ceiling fan could have used a cleaning. But honestly... We are in Thailand, not a 4-star hotel. For a good 70 Euros for 4 days and up to two people per room, this guesthouse is a clear recommendation."
