There are dessert shops, and Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town are within walking distance, so I think the location is very good.
The bed was spacious and the sheets were clean. There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 5th floor on the first night, but the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 4th floor from the second night onwards was quite weak. I felt it was a little difficult to open and close the locks in both rooms unless I was used to it. There was an air conditioner and a fan, and the refrigerator cooled well. The staff, both male and female, were very kind and helpful. If you ask for towels, they will change them every day. We also have toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again."

Almost all was fine. It's not perfectly clean, but still has all needed staff. It would be better to have place for clothes, because in other place there were some kitchen staff, but generely living there was good enough. I arrived late, so no problem to check-in by yourself. The host was always online and ready to help Be prepared, that bed pretty hard, but I liked it I also was able to wash my clothes upstairs. The one thing was that they have cat upstairs in the cell and it in terrible condition. It had almost no hair on the back of her head, it was full of fleas and she slept in her litter box with poop. Hope you can give for it more pleasent condition

I stayed there only for one night, but I definitely would stay for longer. The apartment was clean, everything was provided (towels, hair dryer, water, shower gel and shampoo etc.) Nothing prevented me from sleep and the host was very cute and polite, he met me on the first floor and communicated on WhatsApp later whether everything is ok. I checked in 30 mins earlier and checked out 30 mins later and there was no problem. The only problem is that there are no windows :( On the whole, I highly recommend this place

LLucyYou can also stay for a day to rest. The location is more difficult to find. The service to the young lady is still very good, and I contacted taxi to take us to the airport in the middle of the night

If there is no elevator, you can only take the stairs. There is a small market nearby The bus stop is right next to it. It's very convenient to go everywhere and it's not expensive. I will stay here next time
