The bed, bedding, and pillows were incredibly comfortable – seriously, they deserve a shout-out! I slept wonderfully. However, the power in my room went out. I called down, waited for half an hour with no one showing up, so I went to the front desk myself. After another half an hour of waiting, I ended up fixing it on my own.

Pool and beach are all excellent. But limited choice for restaurants, and some staffs treat ************ drastically different from ************, ****************. The position is not optimal for sure, but tolerable if you do not plan to go out. The room had a strong musty smell, even during the whole night. 徒有虚表。

We had a very enjoyable stay in Ritz Carlton, from our check in to check out. Friendly helpful staff, room very comfortable with all necessary amenities . Room serviced twice a day with very helpful staff. Staff in breakfast dinning room working very hard ensuring no one waiting very long for table. Excellent choices for breakfast. Nice bar and made good cocktails. Pool area had adequate beds and pool attendants ensured towels were made available. Noticed paint around pool needed attention and looked worn looking. I left my phone behind me at pool and through the find my phone app was able to trace it to security with the help of check in staff. All in all a good impression of our short stay in Ritz Carlton.

Beautiful hotel but super expensive when here. There are no real alternative places to eat or shop etc so you're a bit stuck. We ended up taking the public bus because the taxis were so expensive and eating in San Juan which is lovely. Lovely place to relax though.

A true 5-star hotel – perfect in every respect! Special requests were met immediately and perfectly. The atmosphere and delicious breakfast were wonderful. The half-hourly queue to the beach for hotel guests was a great addition. Very friendly service, the room was cleaned twice a day, and the view from the terrace was wonderful. Parking was free of charge. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

A very good hotel. I will go back if I have the chance. The front desk is very friendly. The facilities are average and you need to drive yourself. The transportation is inconvenient. You need to drive yourself to get in and out. There is no food nearby. You need to drive half an hour to the surrounding towns to find food.

If you're driving, I highly recommend this five-star hotel. Aside from the minor drawback of limited parking, it's a perfectly acceptable five-star hotel. The staff is highly qualified, the VIP-style service is pampering, the privacy is excellent, the service is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel design is truly unique and beautiful. The private beach is also beautiful and comfortable. Overall, this is a hotel we'd definitely stay at again. Highly recommended!

I like it and don't want to leave, so I stayed for 2 more days. Hahaha, I'll come again next time.

The hotel is so beautiful, the breakfast is very rich, there is also a swimming pool🏊, and you can take a car to the beach🏖️. The beach is also beautiful. It was a surprise on this trip to Tenerife.
