Holiday Inn GUILDFORD by IHG

Nice and clean the place is. Pretty convenience to head to Surrey University. 30 mins walk to Guildford. The breakfast is nice too.

So bad they charged me double for deposit and now they not return my deposit it s been more than a month!!!

All I could expect friendly and clean . Room changed to double as I was on my own which suited everyone !

Very friendly staff. Happy to help with a smile. Unfortunately the pool was not in use so the children were disappointed. Great location and comfy main bed…..the sofa bed was lumpy.

Great hotel, friendly staff that go above and beyond! Rooms of decent standard, however some minor gripes, bed sheets intitially had a small stain and some hairs. The wooden sliding shutters would not close fully causing sunlight to come through early morning. The downstair rooms are joined by locked doors (assuming if booked for families) which allows noise from next door easily. Reasturant was decent food but a little overpriced for the quality. Overall decent stay if a little overpriced.

Good and clean hotel but better to have a car as it's not the most convenient of locations. Service of front desk staff is very good. A little disappointed with the lack of a strong shower (This is more my own expectation that main attributes of Holiday Inns having strong shower and good internet) though I do not hold that against the hotel since the shower is acceptable and internet is very good. Will stay there again but will not be my first choice for that city.

Very nice hotel! We have booked our stay to enjoy and relax in the pool and steam room. Service was great everything was available for us all the time. Pool open from 8 am till 8pm, plenty of time to use it. Not very crowded. Staff very friendly, bar food available and too many options to choose something tasty. Restaurants nicely decorated and no problems with booking. Really worthy to visit.
