Acacia Villas Guest House

10/10 I stayed at Arcacia Village Guest House last night, and I will ABSOLUTELY be staying there again!! I stayed on the top floor in room 6 and it was the cosiest little room with everything you need in it. Mattress was very comfortable, everything was spotless, I really felt like it was own little studio. To make this place even better, isn't just the location, but the owner Sue. THE most down to earth woman who made me feel so at home and was very welcoming. Hard working woman with a cracking personality. Will see you again soon! Rose. Walkability- So close to town, within walking distance and to station. Food and drinks- Tea and coffee provided, with milk, sugar and even some biscuits. Perfect

Don’t be deceived by the advert. This place was filthy. Dust and cobwebs everywhere, dirty bathroom and to cap it all blood stained duvet and hairs in the bed! The room was shabby. We weren’t expecting the Hilton at this budget but really this was beyond budget. Bed linen and pillows cheap, nasty and dirty. Do yourself a favour- book somewhere else. We couldn’t leave soon enough in the morning!

Booked and paid for one night including the dogs - when I contacted then the day before they suddenly said that there would now be a charge of £10 per dog in cash when we arrive. this is a breach of Consumer Legislation. When we arrived found it was in the middle of town not what the name suggested. When she asked for the money and I advised her of the breach she said that everyone tries to get out of paying - this was not a one off. The room was so hot that we had to put our own air con on. The bin had mouldy bread in and when you looked under the liner it was disgusting. there was milk pods in the fridge but no Tea, Coffee or Sugar in the room. We were just glad to leave.
