Pretty good, the views are great, and the location is very convenient for visiting attractions. The hotel staff were also nice. I booked a room with breakfast and afternoon tea; I didn't have breakfast, but the afternoon tea was just okay.

First time in Guilin, I saw this hotel had good ratings on Trip.com and decided to book it. And I'm glad I did, absolutely no disappointment, definitely a 5-star rating! The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were so welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping aunties and the restaurant aunties were also very warm and hospitable. The food at the restaurant was great too; they even gave us a complimentary plate of small river prawns, which tasted delicious. Oh, and the in-room water heater was a nice touch, saving us the hassle of boiling water, and the coffee was good too. Next time I'm in Guilin, I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Hygiene: I'm usually pretty lazy when it comes to writing reviews, but I really have to write one for this place. I'm extremely satisfied. Both the room and the service deserve five stars. Although the room wasn't huge, it was exceptionally clean, cozy, well-equipped, and had a great view. That's more than enough! Plus, it's super close to everything. Rent an e-scooter and you can go anywhere you want. Service: And then there's the service. What really surprised me was *everyone*. And I mean *everyone*! They were all incredibly enthusiastic. Not just one person, but every single staff member. Overall, I just felt it was absolutely fantastic. Environment: There's also a kids' play area and a gym on the first floor, which my child loved. Oh, and the rooftop is beautiful too! All in all, this hotel is amazing value for money, and it's definitely the best one I've stayed at during my trip.

The hotel is incredibly close to Guilin's scenic spots (Two Rivers and Four Lakes), and it's super convenient for exploring the Sun and Moon Pagodas and East and West Alleys night markets. The service is exceptional, with attention to detail. Although the hotel isn't large, all the facilities and services are fantastic, especially the authentic breakfast. The laundry and drying services are also excellent. Whether it's the front desk, dining, housekeeping, or butler service, everything is well-executed. It's clear that the hotel has strict training and management. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

This hotel pays great attention to detail! The hotel concierge contacted us before check-in to provide the detailed address and sightseeing tips. After checking in, we were pleasantly surprised by the room's amenities, including a capsule coffee machine, a sterilizer, and a smart home control system. The breakfast was also excellent. What really stood out was that all the staff provided personalized and thoughtful service, not just mechanical interactions. Special shout-out to the lovely lady manager at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive. She even gave us a souvenir when we left and guided us in making traditional intangible cultural heritage fans.

The soundproofing is pretty good! 👍 Even though my room faced the road, it was still quite quiet. I specifically chose this smart hotel, and the 'Xiao Du' (smart assistant) was really convenient. The cleanliness everywhere was also very meticulous. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they even gave me a gift. I'd definitely recommend it to friends!
