酒店衞生不錯，很温馨，前台服務人員很有禮貌，有種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店位置也很佳，這裡有一個廣場，吃的玩的都有，桂林米粉很好吃，還便宜，去景點也很方便，桂林真的好美，此次旅行很愉快！

房間設施設計時的考慮還是比較前沿的：睡眠白噪聲的音響、床頭燈的結構、洗澡時的音樂等；服務也很到位，房間內的洗沒了電話要了很快送過來；不足之處是覺得房間清潔人員業務需要培訓，洗浴液半瓶沒給換，茶杯沒看是否要清理。還有就是房間洗手盆和坐便下水不利
