Overall, the Atour hotel has a good atmosphere. The room was quite clean, though the bathroom door didn't close completely. The laundry room was very convenient, and the front desk staff was very kind. The hotel always smells lovely, and the high-speed hairdryer was a nice touch.

Great location. Right next to Guilin North Railway Station. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a nice breakfast, complimentary late-evening porridge service, a gym, and laundry facilities. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, especially if you plan to travel by high-speed rail during your trip.

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. The environment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was the best night's sleep I had in five days – absolutely no noise. I even got to watch the sunrise from my room this morning. It was fantastic!

I chose this hotel because it's close to the train station in Guilin. I arrived really early in the morning and was worried I wouldn't be able to check in, but the lady at the front desk was super nice and let me check in early. She also thoughtfully explained all the hotel facilities, their floor numbers, and operating hours. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept so soundly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through. It's the perfect choice for business trips or vacations! 😘😘😘😘

The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene. It had a large desk, and most importantly, an eye-care lamp, which was perfect for kids doing homework. This hotel is even more kid-friendly than some five-star hotels I've stayed in before.

The service at Hotel Bala is excellent. I always stay here for business trips. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and tidy. The lobby also smells wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

Near Guilinbei (north) train station. Walking distance No other attraction nearby within walking distance. Recommend hotel to enhance its attraction on free supper. Turn on the light at the restaurant.

Well located hotel if you need to catch a train from GUILIN NORTH station. The facilities might not be as good as most of Atour hotels. Still great deal.

My stay this time was fantastic! The lobby had a lovely, cozy bookish atmosphere. Check-in was efficient and warm, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich. The room was clean with no strange smells, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very soundly. The 24-hour laundry room, free drinking water, and complimentary late-night porridge were thoughtful touches. The service was just right – attentive without being intrusive. I'll definitely choose this place again!
