衞生很不錯，一次性用品很齊，設施也不錯，前台服務熱情，這個價位在市中心地段還免費停車，還有早餐，性價比相當高，最滿意的是環境，附近就有很地道的餐館，吃完飯，灕江邊散了個步，我們沒有打車，騎了個共享車去象鼻山，就十來分鐘，路過濱江路停下來還聽了聽小哥哥小姐姐賣唱，很有當地的生活氣息。
晚上我們在店裡的咖啡館一樓圍爐燒烤，喝酒。太爽了！

周邊環境很舒服，就在灕江邊上，我升級了個江景房，坐在窗邊看到的不知道是不是象鼻山，酒店所處位置很方便，十來分鐘，過個橋就到東西巷了，橋那邊熱鬧，橋這邊安靜，是個鬧中取靜的好地方，晚上洗了個熱水澡，坐在窗邊喝個茶，看着江邊夜景，實在愜意。下次帶爸媽來桂林，再住這。

服務真的很好，到了門口，就有人幫我們提行李，還有小夥子帶着去停車，我們到得比較晚，處處安排周到。房間温馨，衞生乾淨，一次性用品齊全，家人都挺滿意，誇我選住宿選得不錯。
我上天台看了下，夜景真好看，灕江邊上，對面好多景點都一覽無餘。第二天去景點都很近又方便。

1、跨年夜出行，下午兩點多去辦理入住，被告知還沒打掃衞生，前台送了杯茶讓我耐心等待。等待大概30分鐘後前台給我房卡，我到達後房間任然一片狼藉。於是我上四樓看風景繼續等待，30分鐘後下來繼續查看，保潔都還沒來打掃。我在一樓繼續等待，我同一時間點的外賣都到了，保潔才姍姍來遲，又等了接近40分鐘才把衞生打掃乾淨，實際上打掃後的衞生也很差！我等得飯都涼了，當場都想罵娘，證據如P1
2、整棟客房挨着施工地，灰塵極多而且噪音很大，影響休息。證據如P2
3、客房一樓出入門正對面衞生極差，經常有老鼠出沒，差點還跑進客房！證據如P3
最後，我不是一個潔癖很嚴重的人，但入住客房就像吃飯，新的客人都來了，你桌子上還擺着上一桌吃剩下的垃圾，誰受得了？關鍵還等了幾乎兩小時才打掃好一間房的衞生，效率之差。最重要是攪擾了跨年夜的心情，真是最讓人憤怒的！
