Boyin Yinianjian Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers And Four Lakes Elephant Trunk Hill)

This hotel was a really really special find. We booked two Blossom deluxe rooms for our family and the space was more than ample. The decor and design was class and in keeping with the Guilin history but with a modern and tech twist. I’ve stayed in many international hotels, but often the grandeur is not matched by the charm. The staff (from cleaners to receptionists) were all extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. This included booking taxis, day trip recommendations, laundry and ironing. My daughter also left her watch behind on checkout and the staff notified us and arranged for this to be sent to our next hotel. It really was a first class service. As a small boutique hotel, the breakfast is simple yet delicious. It was also tranquil and without the noise and bustle of 5 star hotels. A lovely change in tune with the area. The hotel is situated in a fabulous location where it feels tranquil inside and yet within a minutes walk you are right in the centre of this beautiful place with plenty of restaurants market stall and a few late night bars. It’s also within easy reach of the pedestrian street food and a shopping mall. One small tip for DiDi taxi app users - it’s known as ‘Guilin Central Palace’ hotel not Boyin. Perhaps Trip.com should update this. It’s been our favourite hotel in China so far! We thank and wish the staff all the best for the future.

My stay at Boyin Yinianjian (Two Rivers & Four Lakes, Elephant Trunk Hill) was absolutely perfect! The staff provided the warmest hospitality—they are so friendly and thoughtful. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plus, the location is prime, right in the heart of everything. I loved it here so much that I actually cancelled my other hotel reservation elsewhere in Guilin just to come back and stay a few more nights. That's how much I enjoyed it! Highly, highly recommended. A truly fantastic experience.

Lovely room with nice decor. Staff extremely friendly. Good afternoon tea and enjoyable breakfast spread. The only negative aspect was that the toilet unfortunately gave off a distinct sewage smell. The electric air freshener, and leaving the windows wide open helped mitigate the smell

Room is clean and the service is top notch. Food is great and location is perfect near to city center and many shop nearby
