Great service! Amazing breakfast and high tea. Beautiful, modern and clean property. Amazing location. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Guilin. Highly recommended!!!

The two-bed room is very warm, very comfortable, staff warm and considerate service attitude, also gave us a small gift, super heart, very grateful to all the staff of the hotel. We also dined at the Hotel Sky Bar. The scenery was really beautiful.

Fantastic stay! Impeccable service. Great location, super clean and comfortable rooms and within walking distance to the Sun and Moon Pagodas and other beautiful scenic spots. The staff are really attentive and kind, especially Mr. Li, who took time to help us find the best local dishes nearby and pointed us in the right directions for the best places to visit within walking distance.

A pleasant stay overall - The staffs are friendly and helpful. You can even notice that they are very attentive to their guest.
It is great that this hotel does not allow smoking inside their facility (allowed outdoors only). Their gym is embarrassing but other than that, everything else seems nice.
One thing that I am very disappointed about is that the photos of the Cozy Room (King Bed) has a river view. However, we did not have that. We had a full view of the buildings and streets instead.

A little gem not your usual big hotel. The structure is well cared for, the service professional and courteous, where they speak good English. The breakfast is good although not very varied. We had a very good time overall and a great massage too. The terrace on the rooftop is very nice where you can have an excellent aperitif!

Exceeded expectations—well-designed hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean with little to no signs of wear and tear. Spa was also nice for the price.

Absolutely loved this hotel! I thought the pictures looked a bit too good to be true for the price, but the rooms look exactly like the pictures. My friend and I booked a twin city view room to share, but upon arrival we loved it so much we changed to 2 separate queen bed, river view rooms. The service was amazing, staff spoke English and were very helpful with us changing our booking. Breakfast was delicious, the spa is amazing and I even bought some of their spa oils to take home (spa oils and eye masks are provided complimentary in the rooms). Drinks in the mini bar are also free and refilled every day. Close to everything you want to see. Hotel even arranged a car for us to go to the rice terraces. Waimai is also delivered straight to your room. Perfect, will definitely stay here again.
