The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to the scenic spots, making it super convenient to get around. You can even walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. It's great for families with kids because they have a children's play area and a family-friendly pool, which is really handy. The service was also very warm and welcoming, definitely recommend.

The hotel staff were so child friendly and accomodating. Rooms are very new, clean and spacious. They have two pools, which are 80cm deep and there was even a rubber ring. Additionally they offered making your own fan for free and the highlight for our daughter was the playroom with a massive ballpit and 3 slides. If you need anything, they send it up with their robot. We had an early start for the river cruise and they packed as an amazing brealfast to take with us. It's a short walk to elephanthill and the pagodas as well as the night market. Thank you. We had a great time.

The receptionist at the front desk was so warm and gentle, and upon seeing that we were traveling with a child, she even upgraded our room.
