Located at No. 2 Yangjiang South Road, Xiufeng District, the hotel is close to MixC and Guilin Railway Station. It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center and Elephant Trunk Hill Park. Across the street from the hotel is bus route 14, which goes directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. The hotel features lush greenery, a children's playground, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and a large parking lot. The lobby also has many books for guests to browse. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and made with fresh ingredients. Guilin Qiyinshe is committed to providing you with a warm and attentive stay experience. Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客：很抱歉本次服務未能達到您的期望值。經瞭解，因用中國護照辦理入住手續相對繁瑣（外賓護照錄入公安系統是選擇外賓錄入，持中國護照都是有身份證件的，循例問一句有沒有身份證也是正常的事，公安系統裏沒有內賓護照錄入這一項，才會問是否有身份證，並且你也説了不記得身份證號後我們也就沒有再問就直接幫你報備了的），考慮到您及家人舟車勞頓，前台這才提出讓您用身份證辦理入住更加便捷的建議，也是為了能夠讓您節約check in時間，早點上房間休息，抱歉溝通過程中讓您產生了誤會；另外您在網上反饋的噴頭漏水和水壓的問題，您入住後有問題可以及時跟我們前台溝通，隨時有工作人員為您服務的，（從入住到退房沒有接到任何反饋）我們也是第一次碰到，因為給您安排的房間在6樓，水壓一般不會受到影響，後面我們讓工程部去查看，目前檢查結果一切正常，非常感謝您的反饋，後續我們也會持續跟進和關注；在此酒店向您致以最誠摯的歉意，由此給您帶去的困擾我們仍表示十分抱歉，希望能夠得到您的諒解。酒店也誠摯邀請您再次光臨以給予我們彌補遺憾的機會，祝您生活愉快！
