Crystal Orange properties in Guiyang

The environment is great! The front desk staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service! The location is convenient! The nearby Douhua fish (bean curd fish) is delicious! They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite on the day and some small gifts! Highly recommend for families.

An absolutely amazing experience! This was my first stay at Orange Crystal, and it was fantastic. The room was airy and comfortable, and the hairdryer was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and sweet! The lobby decoration is quite nice, and all the staff are friendly and enthusiastic ❤️🔥. If I have the chance to visit Guiyang again, this hotel will be my top choice.

The room was quiet, so I slept really well. It's super close to Yueran Plaza, making it easy to grab food. Watching the Shaolin women's football team was a nice bonus! 👍 The breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of fruits, though I didn't eat much since I'm on a diet. The self-service freshly ground coffee was also good, and the automatic coffee machine was easy to use with just one button. They reimbursed my taxi fare, and even though the invoice didn't come through, the front desk staff, particularly Xiao Du, handled it very humanely and even covered the taxi fare herself. There was a late-night snack service too; I didn't try it, but it looked good. I forgot to pick up the Cili (Rosa Roxburghii) jelly. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again. It's very close to the North Station.

The environment is clean and tidy. The room has a large window with a great view. The breakfast is also excellent and quite substantial, with noodles, pastries, and fruits available in the morning. The staff are very friendly as well.

The experience was fantastic! The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very responsive. They even helped us fix a suitcase that had burst open. A special shout-out to Dandan at the front desk, she was incredibly warm and helpful. She assisted us with so much, including extending our stay and handling the check-out process. Thanks to Dandan, we had a perfect trip.

Arrived at 3:09 PM and our room wasn't ready, making us wait an hour, which was quite inconvenient. There were a few small flying insects in the room, which was a bit of a mood killer. I forgot my phone charger, and the hotel didn't have a suitable charging cable – all the ones they offered looked old and cheap and couldn't even charge. The breakfast wasn't very varied, and the taste was just average; definitely not worth paying for if it wasn't included. Overall, the hotel environment was quite comfortable, and the service was decent, with staff trying their best to meet customer needs. I just hope they can improve in all aspects.
