This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; check-in was super efficient, and they even offered a free room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the overall environment was incredibly quiet, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the room very well. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. The service was meticulous and attentive throughout. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The whole experience is excellent, it has been included in my permanent list, it is too suitable for travel and living 😭 The hotel as a whole is a high-end light luxury modern style, Morandi color matching is super healing, the public area is clean and textured, and the photos are very good. The room is spacious and transparent, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view, the lighting is absolutely perfect, the whole house is intelligent voice control, the lights, curtains, and air conditioning can be voice controlled, and the lazy person's happiness is directly full! The details are really the ultimate! The bedding is super soft long wool cotton, with zero pressure latex pillows, soft and comfortable to sleep, and sleep super stable all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, equipped with a smart toilet and a tropical rain forest shower, the water is stable and constant temperature, and the washing experience is super comfortable. It is also intimately equipped with a capsule coffee machine, steam eye mask and bath salt, and the small details are full. The staff service is gentle and caring, and the response is timely and patient. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry room, gym and free drinks, with super complete facilities.
