I've stayed in many hotels, and this one ranks right up there with the best! The environment is lovely, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a fully equipped gym and a clean and tidy laundry room. The staff member, Mia, was incredibly attentive. When I checked in, my reserved room wasn't available, but since I had a baby with me, she upgraded me to a family room free of charge. She was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful stay! I'd definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Would definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!
