Atour Hotel Guiyang Zhongshan West Road Metro Station

The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and it's lively around here. There's a tofu dumpling shop near the hotel that's really delicious. The robot delivery service was also very quick and excellent.

Traveling during the off-season meant fewer guests, so they upgraded my room for free! The front desk did warn me that rooms facing the plaza might be a bit noisy, but I really didn't expect it to be *that* loud. Even on the 21st floor, the plaza noise was unavoidable. If you need a quiet room, definitely avoid the plaza-facing side. It was a nice touch that they provided disposable slippers and toothbrushes for the kids, and the hygiene and service were both good. My only question is, does Atour not provide bathrobes? I didn't see one in my room, though I did spot other guests wearing them in the restaurant.

This was my first stay at Atour, and I was completely satisfied and comfortable from start to finish. The location is great, quite open, near a shopping area, and the view is also very nice and upscale. The hotel service was excellent; as soon as we arrived, we were offered two cups of hot tea, and they thoughtfully told us where to find the Wi-Fi password. There's even a dedicated power-saving card. Atour anticipated all the services we wanted, and even those we hadn't thought of. Most importantly, the comfort level was outstanding. I had already heard that Atour's beds were very comfortable, and after sleeping on one this time, I'm completely won over. I immediately asked the front desk how to buy Atour's mattresses and pillows. The prices weren't outrageous; two pillows for less than 400 RMB and a mattress for just over 2000 RMB seemed like normal prices. I definitely want to get a set when I have my own home. The room had a smart toilet, a voice-controlled robot, and the single chair was so comfortable I'd like to buy one for myself. The shower had great water pressure, there was a mini-fridge in the room, the TV was good, and the air conditioning was very powerful, providing a warm experience for us in wintery Guiyang. I even wanted to come back and take another nap after being out and about. I'm totally won over by Atour this time! From now on, I'm going to work hard and earn enough to stay at Atour!

The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. Not only did they offer a free room upgrade, but they also proactively helped with food delivery. When checking out, they even gave us two bottles of warm water – so many considerate details! The location is super convenient too; it's easy to find places to eat or order takeout, and it's close to the high-speed rail station, making travel hassle-free. We'll definitely be back next time!

The room was spacious and clean!!!! The water in the fridge was refilled daily, and they weren't rushing us to check out. I'm really super satisfied!!! No more being held hostage by foreign chain brands; our own hotels are just as good!
