Guiyang Donglin Xishe Hotel (Xiaozijiaxiulou Branch)

On the first night, there were no clothes hooks in the bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they were adamant: "I simply can't provide them. We don't have them! You should contact customer service yourself." They said they would have housekeeping handle it the next day. Okay, but it was still unresolved by the second night. Only when I questioned the front desk were they told it could be fixed. Secondly, the sealant on the bathroom glass door was cracked. I was terrified that the entire pane of glass might collapse. I reported this, but it was ignored.

The location is indeed good, but the hygiene is extremely poor. The bed and bath towels are definitely not clean. Even I, with my sensitive skin, got a rash. The bathroom also smells bad, and the cleaning service is terrible. If you are traveling to Guizhou, I suggest you skip this place.

First of all, the hotel's location is good. It also offers free parking, but other than that, it's basically useless. The first room I checked into was a private room next to the elevator. The room facilities were terrible, and there was a musty smell. The toilet wasn't properly secured; it wobbled when you sat on it. After only 10 minutes in the room, I couldn't stand it anymore and asked to change rooms. The front desk claimed I had sat on the bed and demanded a cleaning fee for the room change, even though it was clearly the hotel's fault for not cleaning properly—it was filthy and chaotic. The sign says it was renovated in 2023, but the interior looks like it was renovated in 2013, and the noise is incredibly loud, incredibly loud, incredibly loud. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel before.

This is absolutely awful! There was not only urine on the bed, but also menstrual blood! It's outrageous! How could this happen? The mattress was probably soaked, so they removed the sheets. The urine had completely soaked through the sheets. At 12:30 AM, only a young girl at the front desk came to change it for me. She pulled back the sheets and found a pool of urine on the mattress, then said she didn't need the mattress anymore. But when she pulled back the mattress, there was blood! The girl couldn't stand it anymore and sent a WeChat message to the manager. The hotel was fully booked, so I had to sleep on two sheets. I'm pregnant, and the more I thought about it, the less I could sleep. I got stomach pains in the early morning and went to the hospital. It was truly disgusting. They refunded my room fee the next day, but I didn't sleep a wink that night. Who can take responsibility?! The urine on the mattress was even more obvious. I felt so disgusted at the time that I didn't take a picture! I didn't want to be so ruthless, but after not sleeping all night, I had to post this! This was my first time in Guizhou, and this hotel is such a slap in the face to Guizhou!

這次貴州入住體驗非常滿意。酒店地段很好，出行方便，周邊餐飲逛街都很近。配套設施齊全，該有的都有。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，隔音效果不錯。工作人員態度熱情，響應及時。整體居住舒適度高，出行遊玩很省心，性價比很不錯，來貴州旅遊值得選擇，下次過來還會考慮入住。

這個房間超級滿意，很大很舒服，工作人員態度很好，提的要求都給我解決了。離景點特別近，出門就是蔡家街，民生路，逛吃外賣都很方便，甲秀樓步行就能走到。後面因為飛機取消。又續了兩天房，很滿意。下次來還住這裏。

好，好，好，尽在不言中，酒店真的很赞，房間很好，很大，有小桌子，和沙發，衛生乾淨，很舒服，有洗衣房和乾衣機，出行方便。下去就是美食街，樓下還有李山山奶茶店，晚上需要問店員的時候，只要申請了房卡套上的24小時微信管家就有回應，我凌晨3點多都有回應呢！店員小龍很貼心，下次有機會再來哦！☺️☺️
